Nope that's not normal. All the years of development have seemed to go waste. She could stand up for herself like Tsunade did against Madara. Tolerate no kitten from Sasuke. If she were to get affected by Naruto's opinion of her or Kakashi's or Ino's then I understand but from someone like Sasuke who she knows is not a good guy, knows he doesn't care a kitten about her, she still gets sad over his opinions of her when they shouldn't matter at all. I just want her to stand up for herself and tolerate no kitten about Sasuke or atleast not get affected by him. That's all.
I understand the point, people have been hoping that she will looked past him sooner, couldn't say that I completely disagree, but we have to look at one side. Tsunade despair because of losing her precious people and being mocked comes from two different point. Sakura's comes from the same source. It will take longer for her to come to term that the person that she once viewed as one of the precious people in her life never existed in the first place. I i think this is what we see as wasting the panel time, more and more feeding on the already dead SS. Kishi might be bad in developing his heroine, but he is trying to do what's best in his view for the moment.
So what did Sakura mean by "It's just as Sasuke said" was she referring to her and Kakashi being fodder or how Naruto and Sasuke not waste their time saving them.
I think it is. She understands and accept it that logically, they both couldn't contribute much help to them in fending off Kaguya. And before, Kakashi and her were happened to be nearby that they were saved from being caught in IT. I think, putting everything in order; the way he respond when she asked what's happening, and his hurtful statement when put in line, it makes sense. She is beginning to accept that Sasuke is cold-hearted to those he views as weaklings, and it is a waste of time for her to get emotional over him. As I say, it seems to be a waste of time, but I think it is in that order for her to get past everything from him and grew stronger herself or proving that that conceited fella is wrong for being too skeptic.
And the bar for a boyfriend material has never been lower.
"Sorry Sakura, that I said you were useless and that I planned to leave you to die".
I wouldn't romanticize a simple apology. I think the truth is that Sasuke's brutal honesty and bluntness and is not suited for Sakura's sentimental personality. It's simple; They are not a match. Even if does apologize he'll hurt her again, and then apologize again? That is how their life would be. Sasuke means what he has said. (It's true, even Naruto knows it, he just hated admitting it.)
SS fans wants Sasuke to have a good heart. They want him to regret. But this is completely in character for Sasuke. He isn't even in a bad mood, he's insulted Sakura several times in the recent chapters and this won't be the last time.
This, I am getting more and more confused with them.
Sometimes I think that Sakura would be better off alone. At least, for some time.
Hmm, yeah. That would be nice sometimes. But it won't make a story out of it. At least not in the author's view.
