Actually, I could see Sasuke poking Naruto instead, considering is supposed to be an simbling gesture. Sakura is too out of nowere. But with Kishi you just never know. Things just happen depending how his mood goes.

Would sakura even know what the forehead poke would mean -.-. I mean it's more likely she would be confused or surprised than a ss moment to follow from it.

Guys, on a more positive note, imagine if Naruto thanks Sakura for healing him the way that Edward Elric thanked Winry Rockbell in FMA for everything, when he says that her hands are meant to give life. Wouldn't it be really cute if that happened?

we ignore all positive moments here.  It was in fact the first thing that popped in my mind when Naruto lost his arm.  The very same arm in those panels.

When you read that page and then know that he lost that arm against Sasuke.  The same arm he sacrificed to bring Sasuke back.....

oh i had the same exact problem 8-9 years ago when i was considering reading it.  I read the first chapter and was like omg the art is so weird i'm not sure i can follow this.  I didn't bother reading it again for a couple of years until i was bored and i'm really glad i did.  The art gets better and the storyline is well worth it.  I don't think anyone who likes manga would be disappointed sticking with it.  To make it easier i'd just watch the episodes first, it's the easiest way to get into a story imo.
