well what can she really say about the heroine issue? sakura the character has obviously become controversial enough for kishi to talk about it over and over. not to mention studio pierot have always been busy fangirling over hinata to give a f abt the issue.

 

chie is just a minor seiyuu with a contract. she is not supposed to be negative about the big naruto series. the bigger, famous seiyuu junko who love sakura couldn't say anything about her diminished status and you expect chie with little history/fanbase to say anything about it?

 

complaining about sasusaku is merely a slight tease, complaining about heroine would be a real complaint.

But clearly that was not Naruto part 1 and nor Naruto part 2 either, because it's clerly stated in manga what his feelings was, and it was not pervert thinking when he gave POAL, nor it was in time of Sasuke's retrival or in Land of Iron (Naruto could get laid bakc there LOL, sorry). Clrearly people can use this "only to get in her pants" but not to Naruto as manga character.

People are being selective in chosing who to bash and I'm surprised Naruto is drawing so much criticism. I haven't read all Kishi's quotes, but both Naruto and Sakura were ruined. It's unfair to only give Sakura a pass.

Yeah, that's true. Naruto was killed in the movie and Sakura was killed in 699 and 700, just to make Hinata more relevant. It's disturbing. I'll admit, there's still a slight hope in me that he does an alternate ending that rectifies both of their characters and undoes the injustice he did to them.
