Kishi needs to shut up. He needs to accept that he missed a great opportunity when he ruined NS as well as both Naruto and Sakura. He needs to stop giving interviews and just walk away.

Say if Kishi were to declare The Last non-canon, would that have a negative impact or would the pros outweigh the cons?

 

If that were to happen Kishi would have to rewrite at least 699 too, declare 700 as promotional for the movie a.k.a. non-canon and write 701. And that would be the ultimate chance for him to make it right, if he failed that his credibility would be over...

 

 

There's no way for Kishi to make it ALL right, it's more of a case of taking the least evil...

Honestly, at this point in time, I think it would be best for him to cut his losses and move forward. He might try to say "ah ha! I was tricking everyone all along and the real pairing is NS," but at that point in time, I'd be thinking it's another asspull to attempt to gain credibility. He's have to basically say "psych, just kidding, they're all still fighting Kaguya, and the manga isn't ending for another year at least." to potentially save his career, though he'd be known Trollomoto from then on from the entire fanbase instead of just a fair amount of the fanbase.

Or add a scene to the movie where Hinata or Naruto wakes up from the genjutsu...and then add a chapter or two which will be the real ending

Lol, this movie is such a mess. I wonder why this movie is even called The Last? coz certainly this is not the last Naruto movie.

 

If you translate "The Last: Naruto the Movie!" in German, it's called "Das/Der Letzte: Naruto der Film!" which can be translated back as: "The worst: Naruto the movie!".

Because we can either say "Der Film ist der Letzte" ("The movie is the last") or "Der Film ist das Letzte!" ("The movie is the worst"). So for me, the title makes sense. :P

To be truthful, while it is probably not the popular opinion, I think he'll still have a career even if he doesn't do anything else. Just not one where any of us are involved. Probably won't be nearly as big as Naruto was, but I think he'll still be able to manage.

that's too much. chie's been bullied by the studio so many times.. i wonder what mizuki nana has got to say about this.. 

 

junko's definitely on sakura's side though..

She's able to complain over no SS but its ok with doing this degradation of Sakura's Heroine status ? Give me a

 

break  Chie is just likeKishimoto in my book   she's the ultimate fangirl who has no respect for her character she

 

has no problem with Pigmoto saying "Sakura is a terrible women if she moves on " after all the abuse she had

 

from Sasuke she thinks that's admirable an act of love if she endures that kitten    :sick:  :sick:  :sick: .  She's no victim

 

in my book  she would have voiced her opinion like Junko did and take a stand if that was the case , Kishimoto

 

and Chie can both go take a room  and  F*UCK OF  with their sexist view  and self respect  they both disgust

Thing is we are right now in a group with other fans that saw this ending as BS. The last should have bridged the gap between 699 and 700. Now the other fans will be satisfied with other promo but us. We are zombies. Thou kishi in his insanity may give us a silver lining. Maybe a proper closure
