I think I'm insane. I just got an account on NF. There's a pairing debate thread about the Big 3 ... wondering if I should go in there and take on all the odds.
What do you guys think? Should I defend our pairing in there or what?

Hell yeah !

LOL. Debating against NH/SS shippers was something I used to do so much way back when 615 happened, but I haven't done it so long except in random comments in Youtube videos. I sometimes miss it actually. It's funny seeing the NH and SS fans argue such weak arguments that I have absolutely no trouble poking holes in and overshadowing with NaruSaku. It's too easy honestly.
I was just looking on my YT channel and one of those NH fans I debated with last year left a message on my channel saying "Go to NF. Now. Go to the Official NH/SS/NS thread. So you me and my friends can own you and your terrible opinions."
I got the message last year and this is the first time I've ever read it.
I heard NF was a wasteland for NaruSaku fans though. A lot of bashing and trolls or so heard. Trolls can be very aggravating and I'm not sure I want deal with their BS all the time.
But y'know what? I'll give it a try. See how awful NF actually is. I'll make this epic post about my analysis of the Big 3 and watch as the NH/SS fans flock to it to pick it apart. But if NF really is as bad as I've heard, then I'll probably only debate in small doses. There's only so much bashing and insults you can laugh at until eventually it just becomes irritating.

Makes sense. As my reply for this post, the last paragraph which you stated is exactly what I'd say@narusaku256:
I'll admit it. Saying that Sakura no longer chased after a romantic relationship with Sasuke right after the timeskip is debatable. That part just comes down to my interpretation of Sakura. Before Sasuke joined the Akatsuki and became an international criminal, Sakura hardly ever focused on her romantic attachment to him. She just focused on bringing him back, putting it at the very top of her priorities for Team 7. I wouldn't say Sakura still didn't love Sasuke, but I feel like Sakura gave absolutely no thought to being together with Sasuke because what mattered most to her was returning him to the village.
However, if Sasuke came back early without Sasuke's gradual fall to darkness, then I would think she'd be extremely confused and conflicted of whether or not to purse her affections again instead of completely dismissing it. That's just how I see her.
As for now ... I feel like Sakura already got her reality check in 540/again in 576. She can think she loves Sasuke, but just because you 'love' someone doesn't always mean you want to be with them. She established Sasuke as not a great guy and now she's going through a lot of disappointment and hurt over just how Sasuke usually acts (576/578). I just don't think Sakura desires a relationship with Sasuke since she's finally starting to see him.
It's not only that though. She's also torn over her relationship with Naruto, even though she likely doesn't know if she loves him or not. I just think Sakura knows it's 'different' than a regular relationship and there is a possibility she could love him but is not quite sure. She senses her relationship with Naruto is not the same as it used to be and neither is the one with Sasuke so she doesn't know what to do about it.
Basically Sakura's seriously confused and conflicted right now, even more than she would've been if they brought Sasuke back earlier on.

Man I wanna get into One Piece, but it's so LONG.
I've seen episodes now and then, but it's been a while. Would watching it or reading it be better?
I like Hinata enough, but she really doesn't do much. So I really don't see what her fans are always going on about, personally I would rather see Ino or Temari with her screen time.
I say watching the One Piece anime is better. The animation and music is always very good in this series. And after you catch up to all the episodes then you can proceed to where the manga continues it.
Don't let the length intimidate you, the series is way too entertaining to let that bother you. To be honest I felt a little sad when I finally caught up to all the episodes and manga chapters since then I had to wait for a week for each.
You could make it a mission to see the first 100 episodes no matter what and then take a break and see other stuff. Then watch the next 100 episodes when you feel like it and so on.

@Pepsi:
I thought Sakura was just saying "There's someone else I love" as a form of rejection for the fodder-nin, not to show hope for a relationship with Sasuke. She didn't share his feelings and she wanted to emphasis it. That doesn't mean she automatically plans for a relationship with Sasuke.
I always thought Sakura gave up on being with Sasuke romantically a long time ago. You could even argue after her left the village since all of her priorities switched to bringing Sasuke back for Team 7 and Naruto; it was herself too, but just to bring him back. But the most obvious proof of that was during the Kage Summit Arc. She perfectly displayed how much she'd rather accept a relationship with Naruto and even in 540, she was ashamed of her Sasuke feelings. That doesn't follow the idea she was still looking to be with him.
Exactly this besides how did she preferred to be with him when she chose to kill him ? Also 540 was clearly a red hearing it didn't mean that she preferred Sasuke over Naruto or that she was still in love with him she only associated Sasuke with romantic feelings which we already knew that she had them for him , furthermore it established that Sasuke isn't the great guy in her life that she loves/ed but that guy is someone else you know the actual great guy in her life we all know who that is XD .

The better way to say it is that she still had feelings for him but she wasn't "in love" with him and yes the focus was bringing him for T7 & Naruto .
The reality check was 540 yes but in 576 i don't think it was the same reality check because she still had feelings for him but it was in regards for T7 to me it was more about disappointment in Sasuke because of his lack of care for their teamwork and T7 as a whole and the fact that he doesn't consider himself as a part of T7 evident by 675/6 seems to further more drive this home but i will use @4life's philosophy in here and say nothing is certain for now so just wait and see for this to be cleared up by Sakura herself but its leaning more to this being a T7 thing .
As for Sakura's feelings i don't think she has ever really loved Sasuke i mean for the person he was/is but loving a image of him that she has created herself in her mind because Sakura really didn't and still doesn't understand Sasuke at all and refused to see the darkness in him that he was dark FoD but she saw that in the Kage arc and 540 was the result of that the image of that "great" guy she had shattered completely .I know not many want to use RTN as an evidence but the fact that Kishi presented it like this in the movie speaks enough for me that she had a total misconception of who really is and her "love" for him . If anything i think her love for him was also a camaraderie love mistaken for romantic because of the time they spent together as a team i think her "love" for him is a combination of all of the above either way its complicated but i expect for Sakura/Kishi to clear all this up we just need to be a little bit more patient that's all XD .

2) The end justify the mean. That's why I keep saying you got to wait. It's like if you find out NH becomes canon, you'll then think differently as a whole, starting with 615, now knowing that Naruto really wanted to hold her hand for more than just chakra sharing. Just wait until she concludes the development that's going on with Sasuke.2. Its not the conclusion that's the problem NS is still assured as endgame the problem are the confusing parts in the middle that Kishi is screwing our minds with
4. Which adds more to the confusion, during the confession why would she tell Naruto that she's over Sasuke only to turn out that she thinks she still loves him.
5. Well we know he plans on killing Naruto, tearing down the shinobi system and becoming Hokage it just depends on whether he will do that in another story arc or at the end of this one, might as well have it at the end of this one no need delaying for another story arc when Kishi keeps going on and on through the narrative about how this is "the final battle" and the climax of the series

I like her ... Her fandom might annoy me sometimes with their extreme hates towards Sakura and intense Hinata glorification. She's not even worth the hype because as you said she's one-dimentional.
@ Sakura I used to like SS back at the beginning.Luckily, once I got back into the Naruto fandom, it only took me a month to realize how terrible the couple is. Right now, I'm borderline hate/tolerate with him, so don't feel bad for liking HInata. SHe's not a bad character, just a one dimensional one.

thank you finally someone who sees things my way. I also don't believe she ever loved Sasuke, love doesn't act that way she acted more infatuated if anything IMO. There was always big differences between Naruto's love for Sakura-Chan and Sakura-Chan's "love" for Sasuke. I even remember reading in a chapter that Kishimoto stated Sakura-Chan's love for Sasuke is selfish.
I agree. I do not think she ever loved Sasuke. When girls are young many of them all say that they are "in love" with the cool, popular guy. But really its just an infatuation and then they eventually grow out of it.
I believe that Sakura has already grew out of it and she knows that she does not "love" Sasuke anymore. I know that she does love Naruto, but I am not sure if she is aware of it or not.

I wonder if Sakura feels some jealousy towards Hinata regarding her dedication to Naruto. There was an implication for it when she was healing Hinata during the Pain arc.
Sakura knows Naruto loves her, but she also feels she doesn't deserve someone great like him loving her by saying "He's foolish enough to love someone like me" after Sai told her of Naruto's feelings.
Even if Sakura realizes how much she loves Naruto she needs to know how valuable she is to Naruto, and that can only happen when Naruto confesses why he loves her so much.
I could really see a scenario in which Sakura starts to put herself down, say that Naruto can do better than her and even make some mention regarding Hinata's love. But then Naruto will shake her back to reality by confessing and as an added bonus maybe compliment her forehead.

I too can see Sakura acting the same way when she realizes how much she loves Naruto and her not believing that she is good enough for him.

Illnevergiveup3@ you want to debate with NH and SS on NF? That's like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. I wouldn't recommend it you'll get push into a corner and lose. Stay here in the safe zone.
Agreed
debating in NF for NS is considered an act of high treason there lol
though their arguments are very weak, one even claimed (this was a few months ago) that any fillers with NH should be counted as evidence as it was showing the message kishi wants to protray
