*sigh* Since I am a foreigner and immigrated to the US, I myself am not sure. It is basically a preferred word b/c of the impact it can bring to a statement. It means that you are very, very foolish. "Retarded" is very offensive to mentally challenged people, which is why I myself choose not to say it. But I know that people do not mean it the way when they are saying it.

When I asked my cousin, a nurse, whether or not I should say b/c I just moved here, she told me: "Just don't, ok?" And I have not said the word once so far (except in here b/c of Kishi.) Look at this commercial that came out a few years ago:

Kishi love movie. I think his true passion is in there. Even thougt he is not that good with it.
And yes kishi is easily influence. I agree with that. I think if not for his editor and brother advice, naruto will not be this successful.

But why Hinata? She's side character ffs. She's not an icon.
Heck even doujin filled with sakura character having sex with naruto.
