BlackLightning, I know they are the same characters... mostly, but at the same time, it feels to me like they're not. Take Mashiro, for exemple. In Hime, she's a quiet, gentle and... slightly manipulative girl, while in Otome she's... a brat, mostly. Hence, to me they are the sames only in their names and looks, but aside from that they're totally different. Hence, for some, like i did with Shizuru or Miyu, i only want to claim ONE version.
On the other hand it makes me lose some claims, so i will consider it lol!

Well, if you want to put it that way. That means I can still claim several other characters which are actually the same person but from another series or games (Such as Tsukihime characters as they are also featured in Melty Blood too) which practically with at least add another 15-20 girls into my list, does that sounds fair to you?

To ME yes, it does sound fair. You mean like Ciel having her Tsukihime version, her "Ciel" version, and her "Gloves of War" version? And i think there's also another game called "Bloody Maids" or something close where she also features.
Only requirement i have for my chosen characters is that they be slightly different from one version to the next (although on some cases, like Nao, it's a little hard to see), but if i do it, no matter my reasonings, i don't see why you couldn't. I guess in the end, it's the Referee's call so... we'll see!
Oh, and while i'm at it, i claim Layla (Reira?) Hamilton from Kaleido Star.
