I'm pretty confused on where all this "Sasuke is going to poke Sakura's forehead" thing came up. Could someone please explain this to me?

There was a spoiler with image of Itachi poke Sakura's forehead, and descritpion like "coudn't describe it closer", smth like that in a short story.

Evil posted a pic of Itachi poking Sakura's forehead. 

A user on NF responded with (I can't believe Sasuke is going to poke her forhead and everything will be alright back in konoha)

 

to which Evil responded something along the lines

(oh come on, you've seen the movie spoilers why else would he do that?)

 

basically and this is what i believe Evil is pointing at with the forehead poke from itachi being either a goodbye or not this time moment is that when Sakura and probably the rest of team 7 ask him to come back to konoha after saying sorry to them he poked her forehead and said "not now or not this time"

 

After all from the movie spoilers it seems quite clear he's not a konoha citizen.

Oh, well, only around 36 hours remain- a rough estimate, mind you- until they're released, unless it'll take a longer time, due to more material needing to be translated. It'll be here before we know it. XD

To have Kishi completely blow over the fact that HE wrote characters in just to bring to attention Sakura's hidden feelings for Naruto, put it in a databook, and create Minakushi parallels and maintain them through a movie he wrote, and up the current time in the manga..... just to have sakura friendzone naruto for F****** sasuke, if he does that to Sakura's character I swear... as a character Sakura still loving sasuke is literary death.

Holy crap 108 pages and counting and still no official spoilers. I guess when the chapters are release we'll reach 300 pages in one day.

Guys, on a more positive note, imagine if Naruto thanks Sakura for healing him the way that Edward Elric thanked Winry Rockbell in FMA for everything, when he says that her hands are meant to give life. Wouldn't it be really cute if that happened?
