It's sad seeing this, really. All the money and potential the movie had wasted on a bishoujo movie with generic romance TvTropes.

Especially the ending scene... It was nice to see Naruto finally having a family of his own (unfortunately with the wrong women), but it was sooo cliche. Something more original would have been better.

Hinata literally quenched them out of toneri. Don't wanna see that

 

Ah okay. That's good. I actually like Hanabi. 

 

It's funny when people say NH have such a happy marriage because you see at the end of the movie that he's having a snowball fight with his kids, etc.

 

AND THEN....

 

Chapter 700 comes along. Bolt writes "kitten dad" on his  face. Naruto is never around anymore. He's always in his office, probably chatting with Sakura on his new shiny laptop. Drinking whiskey and eating cup ramen. 

 

Much happy. Wow marriage.  :hehehe:

How does it compare to the other films?

Check yourself, Blood Prison was the worst rated with 3.42, the highest rated seem to be the pre-timeskip ones, then post skip RtN appears to be the best, though I can't find the one with Shion in so that might be higher.

 

 

edit: Sorry I meant the time travel one with Minato.

Seriously, did you notice the high quality animation and detail put into the artwork of this movie? It's some of the most impressive artwork that's ever come out of Pierrot's offices. They must have exhausted so much of their budget prettying up Hinata's grand debut as the new "heroine" of the series.  Just compare that to the quality of RtN and you will know for certain which project it is that they were truly dedicated to. It's such an unfortunate waste of resources.
