Well some people had faith until the movie came out. It's too bad we turned out to be wrong and Kishimoto is an a**hole!

I know... denial is strong... especially once you see something done so well, you have a hard time believing it all means nothing. Fact is though Kishimoto is that bad of a creator. He's been on the down slide for years. Now he's taken the franchise and done a complete nose dive crashing the remains of the Narutoverse onto the ground.

 

As for us, it's time we take this ship save what made this franchise good, and flip of Kishimoto and his lot the whole time we do it. We never give up, we crush them.

I guess. I've been ready to charge onto the battlefield since 699 and 700 came out. I've also been doubting Kishimoto's skills for a long time.

You must be wearing an armor of steel. XD. 699-700 really broke me and almost threw me out of Naruto forever but I've decided to stay to support Naruto and Sakura. God knows they need it.

Daelba told me that when he went to the premiere, the room was not filled. I am not exactly sure where he lives, but he'll give me hopefully an answer to that later:

EDIT: He lives in Matsumoto, a town in the Nagano prefecture. Apparently a lot of students live there.

 

I can’t say for sure how the movie is doing financially. I have no idea what the situation at other theaters was.

I did not go the 1st showing(as it was showing at 9 in the morning, and I was not prepared to conquer the snow so early on in the day) I went to the second showing, this was at 11.30. When we entered the cinema it was really crowded, so we were actually surprised after all the talk about the movie not being popular. But as soon as we entered the actual room where the movie was showing we saw that not even half of the room was sold. It looked like there were more people because they were scattered troughout the room but I don’t think there were more than 50 people there at the time.

lol Don't live for them. Live for you. NH/SS has been pathetic sicne day one. The very nature of the story needed to change for them. They aren't worth our time, and now only provide a few laughs and smirks from the contempt we should feel for the worst of them. They mean nothing to us.

 

In this world NH/SS are just shrubbery and ferns. They grow fast but are superficial and die off. NS is like an evergreen, after every year we keep growing between heaven and earth with no limits beyond what we put on our own. We last, we grow, we keep reaching new heights. Let them be happy when they see some sunlight, for soon they will only be in our shadow.

The only thing that brought me back to the canon story proper was the Naruto Sakura/ Naruto's parents parallels. For a moment I thought I saw aspects of Kishimoto that I hadn't seen since the early days of part 2. Fact is though whether he bowed to outside pressure or it really was nothing but a "trick" he failed in his execution in the end. And now we have a story that is in shambles, with nothing but the marketers happy because they are just glad to be working. And of course NH/SS are happy because they think they've "won".

 

The rest of the fandom though is in darkness. But we will rise again. Stronger then ever.

You just gotta feel for Bolt and Himawari- to have such a boring, lame mom who knits scarves all day. I won't be surprised if Bolt is more interested in spending time with his Aunt Sakura or Aunt Ino.

Definitely won't be in the same league as road to ninja. I think the future movies they're planning to release will never be as successful as RTN.

The best marketing strategy is words of mouth. No matter how hard the marketers tried to sell, if the *actual* people who have seen it says otherwise, it won't sell.

Factor that with many disappointed fans who have up the manga. Kishi and the studio will have a hard time for their next project...

Blood Prison wasn't all that bad to me... Bonds though... Anyway both of those have far believable plots then the Last

 I'm not surprised. The entire point of part 2 was Team Seven reuniting and laughing together like old times. The main source of motivation for both Naruto and Sakura was rescuing Sasuke so that they can once again experience the Team bond that they held so dear. But this movie makes it look as if the entire point of this series was Naruto falling in love with an irrelevant side character Hinata !

 

Seriously, What is Kishimoto smoking over there in Japan ?
