Yeah precisely  . Believe it or not its me who plays the shrink and tries to calm them down , by now I think I've become an expert psychiatrist  . I mean there are people who have legit serious problem and are troubled but level headed and we try to help them as much as we can  , but crazy people are really something else I tell you .

Well it hasn't come to that state except once and only then I report the case to the right institution . Yes I do but no you've mistaken my job position and what we deal with  We deal with legal stuffs  like people come to us for direction or help when they have some legal issues  we don't operate any health institution . The thing with this kind of work is that all sorts of people will come to knock on your door for help bc they have some serious legal problem and the right institution that supposed to take their case have some obstacles  bc their case is complicated so its not that easy. This is where we came in trying to speed up the process or find a solution with the connections we have . So sometimes you have to see and evaluate from where those people come from what's troubling them and to understand their legal issue and situation  there is a lot to process so its not as simple as that    . Of course there are some people who come that are a bit crazy and ask nonessential things some thing that are just no possible or doable in a legal sens those are the crazy ones who you just can't deal with it .

Well they don't come bc they have mental problems , like I said we do not run an mental institution lol . So yeah the problems they have are legal but their problems also affects them emotionally so its understandable depending on the situation they're in so yeah its a bit complicated  . And as I've told you there are some of those crazy people who come once in a while and ask nonessential things  and make a scene .  Yeah I'm not alone entirely I have coworkers/colleagues to   but they mostly deal with the documentation kitten and sometimes field work but I do that to but its also me who's receiving those people and hearing them out and if needed book them/appoint  a meeting with the boss that's how it works .
