First of all, that look said nothing even close to ''Wow Hinata loves Naruto, I better step off and ask Naruto to stop being in love with me, because we Konoha nin should ALL appreciate that violet haired goddess with giant boobs!''
I may have overexaggerated, but that's basically their implication.
Secondly, if that's what they think the look meant, then they should accept that the look Hinata gave to Naruto and Sakura's hug was of acceptance. PLUS, hers wasn't sad, unlike Sakura's.
Hypocrites.
Indeed they are Hypocrites, and they don't want to accept the concluding part of Hinata's confession is the part she saw the hug of Sakura accepting it
and you know guys, a NH fan post contradicting to my post

Is he now? and they wanting Hinata to get him JUST because she confessed isn't? Tell them, if they wanna see someone selfish, look in the mirror. love is NOT an obligation, its a CHOICE. You CHOOSE your life partner, not OBLIGATED to. A relationship based on obligation is NOT love, its PITY or POLITICAL. Get the facts straight.

Oh, uh, by the way... I'm a she...
Oops.
I'm sorry about it. It's ironical because when I skim over a manga/anime-based board, I tend to think the most of the users are female.
Don't cloud the issue with facts!
Not Naruto.
she cant be with Naruto because shes not domestic material
she can be with Sasuke because shed be the perfect little babymaker
She cant be with Naruto because hes shallow and only likes her for her looks
she can be with Sasuke because of his looks
YAY Hypocrisy
Indeed. It's quite stupid. I guess they have come up with stuff because the manga doesn't give them many arguments.
Now Sakura is a NH fan? Oh, my.
Then again, I have seen fans claiming Iruka is NH, Kakashi is anti-NS, Minato -Minato, of all the people!- is pro-NH and pro-SS...
When will they stop thinking this is a sitcom or a badly-written romance novel?
In fact, Sakura: a - isn't particularly close to Hinata (Ino fullfils her best friend's role, not Hinata. Granted, it hasn't played in the story for a long while, but Kishimoto stablished that relationship. He hasn't stablished such a relationship between Hinata and Sakura); and b - she doesn't know Hinata confessed. She guessed Hinata stepped in for Naruto, she may have guessed she loves him, but she doesn't know what Hinata told him.
Therefore, I don't understand why they think she'll let Naruto go for the Hinata's sake. She cares for Naruto way more than for Hinata. I can see her letting Naruto go if she thought he was in love with Hinata. But she has just been told and ackwnoledged he is in love with her!
Besides, I didn't see Sakura letting Naruto go when he returned to the town. I saw her clinging quite fiercely and tenderly to him, instead (and in the Japanese culture, you don't hug your friends. Only lovers hug at each other). And I saw Hinata stepping back, and beaming at them.
Case rests. Sakura wouldn't give up for Hinata's sake, and she has no reason to.
That you hate the trope doesn't change its existence or meaning. I can understand people not liking, but it doesn't change anything. There are scores of anime that prove the poster wrong.
Completely agreed.
Personally, when I read a fanfic treats the hitting like if it was an instance of domestic abuse, I usully hit the BACK button. I can't treat seriously one story treats THAT seriously.
Oops, I have to leave now. I'll be back later.

Do you want to take over the world, huh? Well, you'll have to go through us first!

Now, don't give this one much credit, because I found it over in the forums at Viz. I myself am not giving it much credit, but things like this gnaw at me, so I ran home back to H & E in hopes that you guys could totally obliterate it - Like I know you will.
They said, "In an interview masashi said he doesnt pair up the main girl and main guy"
I was hoping you guys would know something about it. I told him to give a link, but...
Give it a go?

Where's the proof? As in, where's the page/magazine article/image, etc.? Because I hardly ever recall seeing that sentence. If there isn't any, its a fake.

What's Happening with the Naruto series as of now!

Unless that person can provide you with any proof (like said Derock, a page, magazine article...) call it a fake.
Have you read any of the proven Kishimoto's interviews? He never tells anything about the end, and even he can get quite ambiguous.
I ALWAYS distrust "in an interview, Masashi told Character A y B will end up together" claims because the fan who states them never provides concrete proof, and character A y B infallibly are the pairing he/she ships. I have never seen a NH fan claiming Kishimoto told there would be NS...
Moreover, that sentence sounds... awkward. There something amiss -not quite right- in it. Maybe it's the verb tense. Maybe it's that statement seems coming from nowhere.
Yes, it sounds like anti-NS despair. You should laugh at or snort about it and forget it.
Case rests. Kishimoto is NOT going to reveal details of the end beforehand.

Actually I don't believe it. yeah, like what Jenskott said, he didn't tell who is the main girl (or/and guy) or maybe the sentence hadn't finished. It's maybe kinda "he doesn't pair up the main girl and main guy" and there was still continuing words "in what organization" or "in what group" or it just happens in his another story, or what, because...
if it's true, if the main guy was naruto and the main girl was sakura, if it happens in naruto's story, I don't understand what Kishi thinks. I mean, what for he made many narusaku moments for a very long time if they wouldn't end up together? He would be considered, by me, as an unserious and inconsistant writer, because he makes unlogical and come-on-love-is-just-a-game-that-I-could-pair-someone-with-someone-else-unknown story.
But I trust Kishi and his story. I know he's not a man that don't know the essential of love.

All i can say is, mostly NH shippers tend to present this kind of stuff.. "in the interview Kish said", all they can say is the interview and not providing any concrete evidence to support this...

Anyways, being a NaruSaku fan you always think that NaruSaku is going to become canon. But you never know, Kisi might or might not pair them together. Now, all we can do is wait and read on., hoping that there'll be more NaruSaku moments.

It's as the others said. Make them prove it and actually cite to source material. If they can't do that then the argument is totally meritless and should be ignored. Anybody can say "Kishi said."
The other response is that it doesn't mean much anyone because the last thing he's going to do is spoil the ending. Whenever he has been asked questions like that he's always given really evasive answers because he doesn't want to spoil the ending.

What do you guys thinks.. is it reasonable?
Ahhh, well isn't the answer right there in the question? Yes, he asks Sakura out, but he does it in a comedic way. He doesn't ask her out seriously anymore all because he believes she is still in love with Sasuke. That is how he is unselfish. Wanting to spend time with Sakura doesn't make him selfish. They are good friends who care about each other; spending time together is natural, whether it is a 'date' or not.
On another note, I was really surprised to find some NH and SS say that Sai's recent affirmation of Naruto's feelings towards Sakura actually meant the opposite...
Sai asks Naruto if he likes Sakura. Naruto looks surprised and Sai asks why he hasn't told her his feelings yet.
Naruto says, "How can I? I can't even keep my promises."
Apparently, some fans think the 'How can I?' means he is implying he can no longer love her =_=;;

What do you guys thinks.. is it reasonable?
It's funny, is what it is. To be quite honest, I am TIRED of destroying that trite and cliche argument. All the time over at the Viz forums I see that lame argument.
All I can say is that Naruto deserved to be hit those times, because he was either being
A. A pervert
B. A jerk
And if Sakura didn't ''discipline'' him, so to speak, he'd keep on acting up.
Sorry for the weakness of that, but I've battled that argument 100 too many times and really want to move onto the next one.
I haven't seen this one yet.
Wasn't Naruto holding back from Sakura because he is so unselfish? Yes, in fact, he did. But that's not my main point.
It's not selfish to force someone to get together with someone else because they confessed, when they know that person is in love with someone else? And it's not selfish to want Sakura to get with Sasuke just to get her out of the way?
Where? Where on earth could that be considered unselfish?
Up your own a$s, is where. Either that, or the Viz forums.
...Seriously, guys, I'm getting swamped over there. I started this thread where people brought their best NaruHina arguments and I would disprove them, and I did, but in one day I got over 15 replies. Granted, they were weak arguments, but it's a lot to handle. I need back up. Who wants to be a martyr?

I get curious about that but a bit sad too, realizing that there would be somewhat Hinata doing something kinda unexpected in the opening later...maybe
and I have to be more patient watching that episodes of that opening....being such a pairing fan needs more calming down
but I get more curious to know the opening of Narusaku hug!!
even though I know it's still so faaar
