anyway I don't think that Sakura will use Kushina's chakra chains (no matter how awesome this would be) 

imo it doesn't quite fit her and I'd much prefer her to do smthng with that genjutsu affinity the chains sound like ninjutsu to me

I think it fits her, she then uses that to prevent each other landing finishing blows against each other's.

Everyone is right, Sakura's genjutsu affinity hasn't really been touched upon too much, and I think it's important because at the beginning of her training with Tsunade they said that because Sakura is also genjutsu type, which mean she will be stronger than Tsunade. So I believe Sakura will have another "power up" that has to do with genjutsu before the end, to really hold her position as surpassing her master

I wonder if sage mode is capably to help her to gain genjutsu stuff because Naruto's sage mode has one but he didn't learn it so he uses the frogs to do one while Jiraiya was weak on it so he needed help. Granted I want her to learn stuff on her own as well but having that will make her stronger than Tsunade. You know, with that all said, I hope Kishi doesn't have the privilege to say, "When a new generation surpass the old, the old can finally read," if you get my drift.

We dont know if she has a sage mode, i dont think that the Yin seal technique and it variants are sage mode.

Since it's close to fall of 2014 we have no less than more 4~5 volumes.

Well I know she doesn't but if Kishi decided to give a time gap break, she can learn it ASAP, let alone learning to summon the slugs. I think if Tsunade finds out that she finally got the seal, she will have her sign the contract and now she can summon. Sage mode, well I can't say she will do it but it will best to do so, just for the world can see all modes from various characters. Again, if there's room. Plus, you never know. Kishi always ended up delaying further.

I wouldn't like to see that happening though. Would be to much of an anticlimax if you ask me.

the last generation be able to read? and 4-5 volumes before what exactly?

I am sure Tsunade had monstrous strength from when she was Sandiame's pupil it is after all her trademark (besides being bad at gambling)

 

she did after all get a bell with Orochimaru while Jiriaya failed

I dunno... Kishi's inconsistency? Hope not...

I am sure Tsunade had monstrous strength from when she was Sandiame's pupil it is after all her trademark (besides being bad at gambling)

But at that time the Shodai was already dead. Could be Tsunade had the superhuman strength since her childhood?

Am I the only one thinking Sakura will be involved in the fight Naruto vs. Sasuke?!

It follows the Sannin footsteps as well as, Sakura tried twice to engage Sasuke and I think third time's a luck... not majorly involved but here and there, smashing some susano'o bits, stuff like that.

Actually, when did he die? Did they ever say?

Until answered, my best guess is that since Hashirama taught her how to gamble (thank you...), Mito probably taught her about the seal. After all, she does have the seal in her forehead. Again, I need to know when he died to try to pinpoint.

Tobirama died when Hiruzen and Danzo were in their late teens, he left the Hokage title to Hiruzen in a flashback. Hashirama was probably already dead at time, cuz it would make no sense for him to retire at such a young age, leaving the responsibility to the weaker little brother.

 

Hiruzen was probably already Hokage when was a sensei, Konoha looked so peaceful it left me thinking that the war that Tobirama died in had already ended.

I have heard members from other forums suggest that Hashirama may have been alive when Tsunade was graduating from the academy but that imposition has as much worth as one of us claiming that Minato was in the academy during the 2nd ninja war (probably not the best analogy). The only information that can be verified is that Hashirama was indeed alive when Tsunade was a small child and he was apparently aware of her gambling habits which she seemed to acquire when she was but a small child. His death would have occurred 50 years or less prior to the current date.

I see. I hope we get a clear understanding. Maybe he meant that when Tsunade was learning that strength, rather than the seal itself. Also, Mito did live long enough to meet young Kushina, so she could have helped Tsunade with that seal to make her a true sannin. Hm, I wonder. Maybe if afterlife is the way how Kakashi and his dad works, perhaps Hashirama had a conversation with the dead about life, including Tsunade.

You mean Hashirama died by Kakuzu's hands? Kakuzu said he fought Hasirama and survived, but I don't think he killed him. He's not strong enough.

No you are not the only one! It's been foreshadowed that she will have a role ever since Naruto came back from fighting Sasuke in part 1. Maybe she will choose a side to stand. Jiraiya failed to bring Orochimaru back because he was alone! Naruto is not alone :)
