Zeref pull itachi minus lets mind screw your brother.

Zeref is one of my favorites. He struggles between good and evil through no fault of his own, he's already a better brother than Itachi.

I like Itachi, I thought he was a great character, but he did some questionable things XD Natsu died at a young age and Zeref dedicated himself to bringing Natsu back to life, and got cursed for eternity for it.

I like Itachi, I thought he was a great character, but he did some questionable things XD Natsu died at a young age and Zeref dedicated himself to bringing Natsu back to life, and got cursed for eternity for it.

Honestly I thought Itachi's story was interesting with being the village comes first but he should have stayed a villain in my opinion and being Sasuke's main foe in the story. He was the guy that was always two steps ahead of his little brother. Instead of Sasuke killing him, he would let him rot in prison which in a way he would get his revenge.

In terms of Itachi with Sasuke, I'd say it's not so much being a bad "character" as much as it is him being a bad "teacher".

I have a feeling the whole "when you have the same eyes as me" bit didn't have to do solely with Sasuke getting the Mangekyo Sharingan, but rather Sasuke being able to see beyond just the pride of the clan and not allow himself to be restricted within its dogma like much of the members were given what the flashbacks had shown with how arrogant, overconfident, etc. they were in their abilities solely because they were one of the founding clans and one of the strongest, and believing they "deserved" to be in control, yet Itachi alone was able to effortlessly own those three older police force members.

Problem is is that Itachi, from what we've seen, has constantly been someone who would usually only give vague "hints" or advice and then just let that person figure things out for themselves from there and also put way too much faith in Sasuke in figuring such things out, especially given Sasuke was just an eight year old (whom he just mentally broke), rather than simply tell him the truth right there and make sure he understood. I mean, in hindsight, the whole Tsukuyomi torture bit that really pushed Sasuke down the dark path was completely unnecessary and over half the story could've been avoided otherwise, all because Itachi "had" to play the villain and make sure Sasuke would unquestionably kill him.

Like we've talked on Skype, dude, it is true. :) And in the long run, Itachi himself had not thought that Sasuke wouldn't let his anger of what Itachi did to allow him to understand what he had understood, and considering too Sasuke, even as much as he loved Itachi, also hated him since he wanted to be able to surpass Itachi and be seen valuable in Fugaku's eyes and that Fugaku could be proud of, which came to the surface more so than it had BEFORE the massacre.

 

And in the end, that's to me what drove Sasuke more than just revenge for the massacre; it was to prove he was better than Itachi, even though that never could be since Itachi was always stronger than him, even when nearly blind and ill at the same time. Considering too Sasuke may have gotten stronger, but he couldn't even truly beat Deidara, let alone Itachi, which shows that Sasuke was truly outclassed due to too much focus on his clan's stupid pride.

Okay so apparently the Gaara novel is gonna have a marriage subplot involved which I'm too surprised about since Naruto is focusing on pairings now. There is this mystery as to who Gaara's bride wiil be ?

This chick here, even though she didn't play a huge role in the manga I thought she was okay. Besides I guess I can accept these two over NH and SS anyday, although I'm pretty sure the Gaara Novel's plot is going to be something entirely different and I don't trust it.

So I tried watching some NaruHina AMVs and although they're cute they're just OOC. Naruto singing songs like "never gonna give you up" to Hinata and "she's the one I want" and "she's so high above me" like WHAT THE F-CK? He doesn't even like Hinata that way, these are things he'd be saying to Sakura. NH is completely one-sided.
