I know NS is more compared to JT, but I'm talking more about Sakura. She's paralleled to Tsunade, who supported her love's dream of becoming Hokage and we already had the CPR scene. So, even if it's not directly for NS it's for Sakura's declaration towards Naruto, that can somewhat tie into NS.

LOL XD. Actually, we kind of..can deduce that Tsunade had a change in her feelings. I mean when Jiraiya was away to fight Pain, someone asked her 'What if Jiraiya came back, alive?' and her reply indicated that she could have been possibly looking at Jiraiya in a new light. That's more of a deduction thing though.

Consider the level of pervert Jiraiya is, god knows what all things he would do with Tsunade XD. If you know what I mean

The thing about Kishi is he seems to be on, when someone loves a person, they love them forever type thing. The only person's feelings that are changing is Sakura, but even then it's going almost painfully slow.

 

But yeah, if Jiraiya and Tsunade were around each other after all the tragic things that happened in their lives, they would have grown extremely close and most likely would have gotten together.

Jiraiya was there for Tsunade every time some thing happened to her. He was there for her when Nawaki died, He was even there for her to offer support when Dan died. Tsunade most probably never took him seriously. She is too stubborn for her own good just like Sakura.
