Sorry, but the only queen I recognize is Goddess Nami.
I wish I could say I didn't mind Vivi, for the most part she was alright, but my god, all she did was cry, and say the same thing over and over again. Now I know that she had every right too cry, her kingdoms situation was a bad one, but at some point you gotta stop and be useful. Her whole I don't want anyone to die was something that I could never identify with. I agreed with Luffy on the matter and when he punched her in the face I felt relief because by that time she was really wearing on my nerves. Her childhood friend was also a pain, I didn't care for him at all. Now when Vivi was first introduced I didn't mind her at all. I actually enjoyed her when they were getting Chopper, but towards the end of her arc every time she was shown she was standing in the same place crying. I will give her the benefit of the doubt though because honestly I don't remember if her crying scenes were extended in the anime compared to the manga. If she did make some sort of an appearance now I'd have high hopes for her since she's been playing an active role in ruling her kingdom, and I know she's done a lot of growing up just like everyone else has.
Holy crap yes, the crying! I think I was fine with her until she was in the clock tower screeching like a bird. Granted, she had already started to wear on my nerves, but that started to make me not really like her. Her voice in the dub during that part gave me headaches
