I feel it's more butthurt than hate.
Butthurt because Naruto loves Sakura and due to the recent events he's not going to move on.

True. :lol:

Yup. That's why I said that Sakura not only healed Naruto, but also filled his [lonely existence] chakra pool. :D

I wonder how that applies to bijuu. They are technically just accumulated masses of chakra which happened to be provided with sentience by the Sot6P. What would happen exactly if someone like Madara were to use Hungry Ghost Realm in order to consume a bijuu's mass until it ceased to exist? Would that even be possible? Does the creature reconstitute itself somewhere in the world or is it trapped within whoever/whatever consumed its body? Would chakra absorption even be considered "death" to a bijuu?

You know, I wonder if Obito can do that removing Bijuu technique again, but this time on Naruto. Then again, he was in process in the movie. What if he do it again, only to succeed. That's one to kill him in a quick fashion.

@Atheck

I think the answer lies in the same direction as to why the chakra is/was? dangerous to Naruto (at the tenchi bridge) if the Tailed beast doesn't cooperate (but tries to use you) the chakra destroys and heals you in a very fast way and thus potentially shortens your life span.

if you pull this into extremes you can say if you keep it up long enough the one using the chakra dies (so basically being a defense), and seeing that this pain was turned to stone due to not being able to control the nature chakra Naruto gathered I think this would apply to him as well if he took to many of the bijuu's chakra.

@NaruSaku4Life3G:

haven't we seen this in the manga already? With Madara trying to summon the Kyuubi, the seal protects Kurama in this situation

And this reminds me that Sakura fought him eye to eye more or less and didn't fall under his genjutsu. That's why I have the impression that when the Tsuki no Me project will start for good, Sakura will play a big role given her genjutsu affinity.

So what exactly would happen if Madara were to absorb its chakra? There are two specific conditions which set this absorption apart from Pain's drainage of Naruto's sage chakra and accumulated natural energy which was the actual cause for the path's petrification. One the chakra which Madara would be absorbing is not tainted by malevolence as the crimson shrouds were, it's perfectly harmless. Secondly, by the time he is actively using the paths' powers Madara is already under the effects of Edo Tensei; effectively making him indestructible and immortal.

With that in mind, how does the bijuu's chakra impact Madara?

I think that the chakra cannot be put just like that into a person. It requires some seal. So if the chakra roams free, you either have to know how to seal it or...bye bye, monster gets free roaming.

That's summoning it. Obito/Tobi extracted Kuruma from Kushina by himself. Obito can do this to Naruto to not only easily kill him but weaken the force since Kuruma with Naruto is much worse than Kuruma alone. Not to mention, Madara/Obito can control him without a problem, so they should do this.

Well Samehada was capable of consuming and distributing it directly to Kisame for him to use. Actually that is the entire basis to his fighting style. Deprive the opponent of his chakra, weakening them in the process, whilst making yourself even more powerful by making that chakra your own. It's a different method but the principles are the same.

But in the end due to Samehada devouring the hachibi's chakra he betrayed Kisame, another hint at some sort of defense?

It compelled Samehada to betray Kisame due to the favourability of the chakra but it wasn't petrified or harmed in any way.

I didn't say so, more like charmed (like some spells in RPGs but in this case indefinitely)  or convinced to betray it's owner, a defense (here the favourability) doesn't necessarily harm your foe, it just keeps you safe.

I feel that the fact she has genjutsu affinity is that she most suitable for sealing skills and being a medic ninja, i wont get surprised if suddenly she's capable of using Kushina's chains or other sealing techniques.

I thought Kushina's sealing technique is an Uzumaki thing or something Kushina is known for. Then again, that diamond seal Sakura has now is related to them.

that reminds me does anyone know in which chapter (at least the arc) where it's mentioned that the seal is an Uzumaki thing?

I don't remember anything of the sorts and like to read that part.

I forgot what chapter but it's when Kushina explains to Naruto that she was a Jinchuuriki because of the history and her background. She said that Senju made an agreement and because of Uzumaki being well known for seal, Mito was the first to take on Kyuubi as a vessel and that's why Naruto got mad that they only brought them to be a weapon, which Kushina said it's not like that. Hm, I guess Sakura could do that, but who knows. I mean she do one from them but I can't say she will do what Kushina did. That will be parallel galore.

Everyone is right, Sakura's genjutsu affinity hasn't really been touched upon too much, and I think it's important because at the beginning of her training with Tsunade they said that because Sakura is also genjutsu type, which mean she will be stronger than Tsunade. So I believe Sakura will have another "power up" that has to do with genjutsu before the end, to really hold her position as surpassing her master

The uzumaki jutsus were never meant to be used only by people from the Uzumaki clan, Minato knew how to use a variety of sealing jutsus from the uzumaki clan, and i think this seal is also one of their jutsus i believe she can use Kushina's chains and i think those are
