And the problem there is that Konoha will kill him :l there's no denying that every Kage wants him dead. I don't know if they'd even care about knowing that the Uchiha's were massacred, Sasuke attacked all the Kages and went insane over his family. Itachi saw people killed when he was young and didn't want war with Uchiha and Senju/Konoha so he did what he had to do to stop them, there's no justice for someone who kills to "cleanse" his clan. I suppose.
Naruto should realize everything that's Sasuke's done, he knows he attacked the Kages, he almost killed Sakura, he's part of a group (Or Madara) that there/Madara's sole purpose is to kill him and possess the world. Literally.
Naruto has to stop and realize that Sasuke is no better then the other (dead) Akatsuki members who tried to capture him. Honestly, Naruto needs to grow-up because I think with Sakura flipping off Sasuke, she's grown-up, she knows that Sasuke is dead and the new Sasuke is a mere image of (Sicko) Orochimaru. Like master, like student.
I don't think Sasuke is dead. I think he is just like a Etch A Sketch. You shake him up a little and you can make something new. That's with Orochimaru did and Madara did. I think in the end Naruto will be able to do the same. It's always kind of why I thought he was be redeemed but really never return to the village it would be kind of hard to bring some one back to the village that has commited such crimes and I don't think the punishment would be light on him
Naruto is very unpredicable. I thought he might kill Sasuke or some kitten after he witness him nearly killed Sakura but instead he's like "I'm still on your side brother". Like Kakashi said Naruto & Sakura doesn't know the full effects of Sasuke incredible change and they would soon have to accept reality. This is why I don't think Naruto is cut out for Hokage. Sasuke wants to destory the village and the Hokage must do whatever he or she can to protect it even if that means possibly killing the enemy. Had Orochimaru had his way, in Sasuke's body he would've gone and attack the village again because Sandaime failed to kill him.
Naruto must choose Konoha or Sasuke? Itachi & Jiraiya had warned him about this and he chose to ingore them. Whatever the case may be the Sasuke is gone and I think Naruto is slowly accepting that, but want to find other options. In the end Sasuke's a goner because even if redeem Konoha will not take him back, the ninja world hates him as he's international criminal. Therefore death is the inevitable!
The thing is I really think Naruto see's Sasuke still as a part of the village. Naruto has protected the village from anyone that has came to it's borders and has tried to keep peace by only fighting who he had to. I don't think he has to choose Konoha or Sasuke and I think that's what his third option will be and that's to choose both. I still see Naruto becoming Hokage and Sasuke being redeemed and NS becoming the main pairing.

You can say whatever you want to say. But based upon previous chapters you are already wrong.
More like he doesn't want "tear Sasuke apart" period- look at this chapter alone, Naruto still vows he will neither kill Sasuke or allow Sasuke to kill him. And again, if the poison was an issue for Naruto, Sakura would have given him an antidote (and Sakura would have certainly had an antidote with her, in case she accidentally got nicked with the blade while making her planned attempt to kill Sasuke, for example) and if there was even a slight risk of danger for Naruto, Kakashi would have said something when he mentioned the poison kunai about treating Naruto with an antidote. No, Naruto and Sasuke will fight, Naruto will have the upper hand, then just as Naruto is planting some seeds of doubt in Sasuke's head Madara will arrive and take Sasuke away. (remember Itachi said Sasuke was easily swayed by anyone using the right words. Naruto has already calmed Sasuke down from totally out of control violent psycho to something still crazy- but more like how he was at the Valley of the End when they battled in part 1.)
What do you mean she would of gave him an antidote? That's 100% speculation as you have no more info then we do at this point. So all of that is basically just you saying what you want to. Sakura obviously did it spur of the moment and never planned on Naruto being there from the start as she was planning on going alone. The possibility of it effecting him and her not having an antidote is possible.
