This is a little old, but there's some good news for the people who buy Viz Media's releases of the manga. Next year, they're... considerably stepping up the pace of the releases. (Which have been very sluggish as of late)

It's about f'n time. I'm sick of waiting 3-4 sometimes even 6 months for a new release.

The latest spoilers look pretty crazy, i'm waiting to see how Luffy will redeem himself though. Right now he could be randomly killed and it wouldn't stop the plot at all! All of these insanely powerful characters about to go at it, Luffy has never looked as low down on the food chain as he does now. Hopefully he gets to shove his fist down an admiral's throat soon enough!

I looked back in the manga and he does look a bit younger but I guess he is seven and Ace must be ten. When he was younger he was all head and little body so that is right lol

I can't believe I'm finally going to see Whitebeard and Sengoku actually do something. I'm actually more hyped about finally getting to see Sengoku's abilities than I am about Whitebeard getting ready to kick ass, as he was already cool before this chapter. I can't imagine Sengoku's power being more useful than Kizaru and Aokiji's, and perhaps we'll see Akainu do something as well. Sweet!

Now, bring me the rest of the Strawhats, and I'll be ready to blow!

The Ace part in this chapter was pretty cool. It doesn't look like Luffy will do alot this arc though, besides get slapped around by all these insanely powerful guys.

Hm, not sure about Whitebeard using a DF. I was hoping he would be one of the ones to show us how strong the top tiers are by only using haki. I'm glad he isn't a Logia but would have bee nice if he just used straight skill. Either way his power is pretty cool, and I guess he can cause tsunamis (could be why all those patrol ships got destroyed??) with earth quakes and they do a hell of a lot of damage. But couldn't Aokiji just freeze it? And Akainu probably has something to counter it. Still the guy is a huge power house for sure!

Ace's past made me chuckle a lot. All those failed assassination attempts and WhiteBeard going "Nice try, kid" XD And the giant axe part was certainly the best since it was Buggy-like. Jinibea fighting with Ace for 5 straight days is freaking crazy. The guy is pretty damn strong.

The Admirals are going to have their hands full with this one. I wonder what Sengoku will do if he fights.

Why do both One Piece and Naruto have to be so damn epic right now. It's driving me insane waiting for these chapters.

Luffy knowing about Ace being Gold Roger's son all along is funny as hell. He doesn't make it dramatic, just "Oh yeah, he's the son of the greatest pirate to live so far. Well, let's go!"

And damn, does Oda-sensei know how to write awesome backstories. And entire life, in just one chapter, and it's epic as hell. Kishimoto could learn a thing or two from him.

Oh, and the part near the end where Whitebeard and his crew lie to Ace, saying it was their fault he got into this trouble? Crowning Moment of Heartwarming right there, that's for sure.

Whitebeard is looking to be even more dangerous than before, as well. Think about it. The clash between him and Shanks cut the sky in half. In addition to this insane physical strength, he has incredible Haki, is gigantic, has an insanely large fleet and a great number of powerful allies, and also has the ability to create earthquakes, tsunamis, and who knows what else.

He's like the Incredible Hulk of One Piece!

You know, I'm curious as to what the extent of Garp's power truly is. The man managed to make trouble for the Pirate King when he was still at large, and obviously earned Roger's respect. If Garp is powerful enough to be noted by Roger at that point, then why isn't he at a higher level? Was Roger the strongest individual at the point, or just the craziest bastard on the sea, with the balls to sail all the way through the Grand Line. I just want to know what level Roger was on, compared to the three Admirals or Sengoku.

There are nine Vice-Admirals, Garp being one of them. Three Admirals, whom we all know, and then there's Sengoku. I know the power doesn't always mean their rank, as they can be promoted on other terms, but Sengoku has to be strong, right?

How much stronger than Garp is he?

And why are they starting the brawl without Captain Buggy? The hero who opened the great gates of justice with only his willpower alone!

Oh, and Luffy can come to.

This chapter is okay. Kind of a cluster**** as far as everything goes. That and it seems that most of the pages should be double.

Epic color spread as usual. Oda has easily the most unique and colorful ones in WSJ and my favorite next to Bleach color spreads.

The Whitebeard pirates are freaking unbeatable! Look at all those crazy character designs! Octopusman, Spiderman, Walrusman, Diamondman, Phoneixman, and Dalmatianman!! EIGHT damn spread pages in one chapter!!

All their division captains are already strong enough to fend off Admirals and Hawkeye. How could they possibly think the 4 Emperors and the entire Marine + 7 Swordsmen were a power balance?

Whitebeard's group can own them all, they wouldn't even need Shank's pirates to do that.
