Same here. Predictable. I feel like he's doing this to fix up SS yet Naruto is doing the work. I don't really understand the process of this series. I want more of new generation to give me a reason for this but I can't. It's like Buu Saga all over again, only that one gave chance to new generation for a longer time. Granted, you have to be Saiyan, but it's still something.

About the forehead poke i really don't see what's wrong with this being her happiest memory with sasuke since it's probably the most loving thing sasuke did to he since the part 2 started

and I think I kinda know why they released sakura's novel in april (when it was supposed to be out in july) some days before the release of the part 3; the novel says a lot of times the forehead poke is the moment where sakura realizes her feelings for sasuke are mutual so i think kishi is going to use this in the manga

Nothing is wrong about the fore head poke scene. Look everyone has there only opinion. If you want to be pro-SS. I have nothing against it.

Yeah, that's true. Got to love that no one is doing anything about Sarada except Naruto since he holds TnJ. I really don't get this series sometimes. I can understand if she's an orphan, but her parents are there. But whatever, save it for the final chapter.

Well, Sarada going back to normal by Naruto (not father) was handled fast and not give time to develop, but oh well, we're on a schedule. I like we had a problem for like literally a page ago, only to change back quick.

I already saw the two page of the threard and i don't see anything about sakura's face being "hiding her true feelings"

Also it could be sasuke and sarada!baby since it's confirmed by sarada flashback sasuke was with sakura and sarada!baby but i think kishi chose the forehead poke to do a harbinger of sasuke poking sarada's forehead

And i don't being "pro-ss" or anything i just think you is overreacting and taking things for the ship side

Look I understand you guys are not happy with the direction the manga has taken but in an unbiased way of looking at it, it IS possible that Sasuke and Sakura could have formed a bond that has not been shown, I mean look at Naruhina they hardly had panel time and yet tadaaa married. (If you're just going to complain about how stupid that is because it's not shown then please don't respond because obviously this is the way Kishimoto has chosen to write his romance so lets leave it at that.)
 
SO, from what I can see Sasuke was there for Sarada when she was young due to the flashback where he is walking with her and Sakura holding hands, but probably a short visit or he up and left around when sarada was a toddler. 
OKAY SO HERE IS MY PREDICTION:
Sarada is actually an experiment created by Orochimaru by gathering dna from Sasuke and Karin wanting to create some uchiha/uzumaki hybrid and that explains how the onion boy and shin guy know about/ wanted to steal sarada because they know she possesses sharingan etc, and so when Sarada was born as a baby Sasuke found out about this and probably lashed at orochimaru for doing this and Karin wanted nothing to do with sarada even though it's her dna, so Sasuke ended up taking her and telling Sakura about this, Sakura being the kind person she is accepts Sarada as her and Sasuke's child and raises it and that's how the whole karin being the mother thing comes into play. (Also maybe the thing about Sakura not being able to have children is true or she had a miscarriage?)

The whole Karin thing is a misunderstanding/red-herring, sasusaku was just being trolled and Karin is not the mother, Sakura is in fact the birth mom.

So we are being told there is this super special romance that excuses a whole bunch of questionable behavior and we are supppsed to not complain that its happened off screen if it happen at all?


Kishis job is to build chracterization and convince us of things on the story. We see characterization broken for the sake of these relationships and we are supposed to accept oh it happened off screen or in their minds as convincing storytelling and good writing?

Oh yeah he wrote NH terriblly and he's doing that with SS so we shouldnt complain we should just eat up.

Its easier just to tell people not to read Gaiden.

Sasuke's so freaking confusing though. He literally looked like he didn't give one flying f**ck that Sakura was taken away a few chapters ago, but now he's over here suddenly proclaiming her as his wife and knows that she can handle the situation? Bruh, make up your mind

Look closely, he was saying the "my wife is strong" comment to reassure Salad after Oro's remark about the possibility of Sakura being dead. So he only said that bc he apparently cares about Salad's feelings now. It's still stupid and contradicts his previous behaviour towards his daughter, but it doesn't mean he really meant that about Sakura's strength. It was just a way to have Salad stop worrying too much.

-Naruto TnJ Sarada and worked.
-Flashbacks galore
-Sarada flashback
-Sasuke somehow knows where to go with dimension hopping or whatever
-Shin and Sakura about to fight. I'll give her 3 pages. I only expect her beat fodders.

I found it hilarious that Sasuke was like "if only we know where" only to literally gain back power in the very next panel. I'm starting to think he is writing this bad on purpose. It's equivalent to Frankenstein nes game.

Here's an idea. Why not SHOW us this bond? Why not SHOW how Sasuke went from wanting to severe his one and only bond in one chapter to having a bond with someone he's crapped on in the next? But no, we can't have that. Sasuke and Sakura are together because REASONS. Oh yeah and love doesn't need a reason. Pass the cookies.

Wow, there are no words to describe how smug I am right now. Sakura's happiest moment with Sasuke being the 'forehead poke' in 699 is a total kitten grab to make it seem like Sasuke actually cares about her. And I love how Sakura didn't actually answer Sarada's question about if she and Sasuke had ever kissed!?!?!?! Sakura's expressions and evasion of the question tell me that she was thinking about the time that 'Sasuke' complimented her on her forehead in Chapter 3 and that she still doesn't know that it was actually Naruto that did it. Sakura didn't want to tell Sarada about that because she probably felt that Sarada was too young to understand or something like that. Oh I love just watching Kishi just tear down his creation like this, it is sweet poetic justice for the complete and utter trash that he spewed at the end.

I'm trying so hard to like this couple , I really am but stupid drama like this makes me wonder why Kishimoto insists on writing Sasuke as this back and forth flimsy character who is good natured but still an as*hat, idk if kishi purposely has written Sasuke like that but it's so annoying lol. Anyways, going back to what you said, yeah sasusaku was never a couple to admire but why continue a bad message? What makes sasusaku fans admire this couple, even if Sakura is in fact married to sasuke now and she is Sarada's mother because she has raised her and loved her, if Karen was truly Sarada's mom that wouldn't erase the fact that Sasuke had relations with her while having a relationship with Sakura ? That's VERY messed up so...There HAS to be more to this than Karen just being the mother and Sasuke the father , I have a feeling Sarada could be an experiment, this would leave Sasuke in the clear of not having anything to do with Karen romantically/sexually but also have it so that Karen is the mother of Sarada only by dna.

 

I'm wondering since we haven't seen Karin yet in this Gaiden, is she dead? And has there been confirmation on when Sasuke and Sakura married? Cause I'm wondering if Sasuke and Karin had Sarada, Karin died in childbirth and then Sasuke returned to the village where Sakura agreed to raise Sarada as her own, and Sasuke then married Sakura to keep the ruse going.
