don't blast me for saying this but that arc was pretty weak writing imo. the only good parts are O's past and badass gintoki.. i can't stand pirako's high pitched voice, it's strange-weird and not cuddly-weird like kagura's off key voice.

CardCaptor Sakura is my favorite shoujo (and magical girls series). One of my favorite childhood animes. Even though the anime diverges from the manga a lot, I love both the anime and manga equally.

don't kill me but i actually never really read the manga xD i was a huge ccs anime fan though, it was one of the first few animes I watched in my childhood. the anime is good because one of the clamp mangaka (the leader i believe) played a big role in the production.. plus the anime has meiling

I love the manga XD I'm not really a big fan of the shoujo drawing styles of the nineties, but CCS is an exception. And CLAMP always went out of the way to draw these beautiful flowers in the background.

I'm aware of Tsubasa, and kept up with it towards the end, but I still need to read the entirety of the manga.I'm know pretty much though the main concepts. I'll definitely read the sequel to Tsubasa when I have some time.

There was a time when I really believed that the Sakura and Shaoran from CCS were actually the parents from that Shaoran of Tsubasa, but turns out they were.... (I was a bit bumped tbh).
