hey maybe I'm wrong but I prefer to take the safe bet, Kishi had multiple occasions to make her stand up to Sasuke but he always wasted them and regressed her character back to part 1 why would that be different now ?

Now there's an image in my head of Team 7 trying to adjust to life with gelatinous white plant people for friends, family, and community members. Hey, it wouldn't be too bad. There's several scenes from when Obito was recuperating from his injuries that made it seem like he had a real bond with Zetsu, especially Spiral. I always thought the relationship between young Obito and White Zetsu was one of the sweeter bonds in the manga - even if it was recanted later on for the sake of programming.

Wow, it's so obvious that they're setting things up for Sakura to intervene and save Naruto. I mean come on. Sakura wakes up right before Naruto is dealt a deathblow?


In any case now we know the answer to the big question. Sasuke is still stronger than Naruto. Naruto's edge comes in the form of his allies.


Those of you hoping for a grand punch from Sakura to Sasuke will be rewarded next chapter.

Doesn't matter. Before, she brought up Naruto's name first during this very arc, not to mention that several times, even though Sasuke was in danger, she was more focused on Naruto. The most notable example of this is CPR. She could deduce that Sasuke was also in danger, but she only worried about Naruto.

 

Plus, give her some time to fully sort out her feelings. She still has to understand them completely. Remember, while all this stuff happened, there hasn't been much time for introspection.

Nope it doesn't. You people will do anything to see sakura get somr important role no matter if it affects the quality of the manga. This character who will be saved is the one on whose name the manga is written. I do think he deserves to end this one on his own. The only thing left for sakura is to seduce sasuke to be with him or remain crying roght now because sasuke kun stabbed her in a genjutsu. She is not anyone significant enough to intervene in this fight. Noone is. Who is she of hogoroma has left it to them.

So for god sake stop wanting and justifying sakura's intervening in this fight as a positive event. I will hate kishi and myself to the guts for him making this manga and me loving this manga at some point of time.

It might just be a translation error, or Sakura just being confused of the time of day, as she had just woke up. Happens to me all the time lol. But in the manga, it's definitely morning, the entire war was fought over night.

Wait a minute, you guys! I also think another major thing has happened. Is it just me, or did Naruto single-handedly make a Rasengan for once? Other people are saying it on Tumblr, and I think it's true!

I believe this will end with Naruto pulling the Rasengan and in the last minute counter Sasuke's Chidori thus sending them both flying and then we have the OVA with Naruto appearing dead  . I don't think that Sakura will menage in time to intervene  Sasuke is from seconds to blowing Naruto  .

yep it's now or never for Sakura to get some dignity back but with Kishi's track record I prefer to play it safe.

Nefertieh : I’m not asking for Sakura to kill Sasuke but to simply have some self respect and dignity and stop letting him walk over her. I also would appreciate if she could get her priorities straight, like in 693 where instead of crying and begging Sasuke to stay she could have tried to stand up for Naruto and Tsunade who Sasuke is trying to kill, I think these 2 people should be more important to her than a dude who insulted her, degraded her and tried to kill her multiple times.
