Okay, what I'm saying is that, idk... if it's a time for my theories to happen (the two of which I have left - Sannin showdown and SSM) it's now... if they don't happen now, then idk when. ANd it would even tie them nice with what I mentioned earlier. Sakura would literally be the deadlock point with her SM... 
I also noticed other things but... meh, until I am not certain of a third part (although I'm like 99.99%), I won't say a thing, haha!

See what I mean? I don't think Kishi is gonna leave Sakura out. There are too many plot points he'll miss if he does it that way.
 
@rocci: i know she's part of the trinity.. that's why I said about the neo sannin showdown... it will probably go like this: first sannin showdown after which the two of them. if kishi does it this way, he resolves all the plot points...

Well I have a theory. I don't know if this will happen or not.
The juubi trinity :
The mind (rinnegan)
The body (wood)
The soul (bijuu chakra)

Jubi made from those part. I think, kishi will give wood element to sakura. Those complete the trinity.

But there are flaw in this theory. It will overlap with Yamato ability.

you should compile all the scenes of Sakura claiming that they''ll do it together dating back since the end of part 1. But I don't believe Kishi will deliver on those claims.

Idk, but my guess is that Sakura will have water... Her clan mark was used to symbolize water, medicine is represented through water in series as such, , that's if she's gonna get an element... I mean we have Sasuke -> fire, Naruto - wind, Kakashi - earth... the only one missing is water... and Katsuyu has liquefying properties... that's the only connection I see. But water is also part of wood... so, who knows? Hashi's wood techniques and all, they all lead to Sakura...

All those claims and that's it? That's a bit unsatisfying imo. I thought her claims was related to bringing Sasuke back to the village through an ass beating while cleansing him in the process lol.

I will not include kakashi because he's not part of trinity and he already master 3 element on panel(water, lightning, and earth) or he already master all of the element like hiruzen.

Wood element made from water and earth, and I believe sakura will have water as her element at least.
Thus it will make all team seven member to have the 5(6) elements.
Sasuke : fire and lighting.
Naruto : wind (and yin-yang)
Sakura : possibly water and earth.

I don't think sakura would gain ssm. Not in this arc.

@ otaru  . it is surprising . imo i think naruto will kill sasuke if he continued his way of thinking .(if things arent done my way ill kill everyone)  .i mean there is no other choice except killing him naruto doesnt want it  but it might be the only way . sasuke is pure evil now
