I am just curious where are the Uzumakis in all this... From who they come or where do they come from?!

I wonder why Hagoromo did have the rinnegan and even the third eye whilest his brother only some regular eyes (or just a byakugan) ?

Well, this is just my opinion on the matter regarding where the Uzumaki comes from. It has been established that the Uzumaki and Senju are pictured as a distant relative by Kushina. The Senju is affiliated to Ashura since that is the direct descendant. Something like, Senjus keeping a close pack with each other and only married off to close relatives in the early members of the clans, maintaining the bloodline whatsoever. The Uzumaki comes into the picture when one or two of the Senjus start a family with someone outside the circle. Although this said Senjus break tradition, main root (Senju) decide to still keep a close relationship and maintain the bond since they are still part of the family. This is IMO quite fitting as to where the Uzumaki can fit into the picture. The kind of system is also part of an old tradition practice. Feel free to correct anything here.

My point with the deal of Hamura and the byakugan though, its simple, this whole time, the entirety of the sage story, even with kagyua and hamura packing the x-ray eyes and hamura being the ancestor of the hyuga, it never changed the fact that the hyuga were never involved in the greater situation, never involved in black zetsus long plan for the eye of the moon plan with madara, never involved with the deal of the tailed beasts like the senju and uchina were in the need for the rinnegan, never even given the capability to control the things. It would really be an asspull to consider that somehow hinata would break free, have special eyes, or that somehow the byakugan just makes the difference in this when naruto and sasuke already have a sealing technique ready and it just makes no sense, the byakugan isnt otherwise important in this story anymore far as i am concerned, its its own deal, never had any influence on the tailed beasts, and far as anything else given the plan and plot point of the story, mainly black zetsu never bothering with the hyuga or madara or even obito for that matter, theres just not much to expect from the byakugan. I mean even then you can say sakura is packing an uzumaki-senju derived seal from tsunade who may have learned it from mito, but we know sakura cannot do much in the sitution to anything involving hinata to escape or even undo the infinite genjutsu at this point would be a complete and utter asspull. Really I expect only orochimaru being a white zetsu already to be capable to escaping if anyone could, I mean he is in the body of one. But even then, I expect sakura, kakahsi, obito, or any of the edo kage to do something rather than hinata. Not battle related but if the need for anything non battle related had to occur, i expect it from mainly sakura, kakashi and obito, no one else.

That's true, at least the way we see it now. Unless it's established that the rinnengan can turn off. That said I just thought of this: a baby with those eyes. As the old expression say, only a mom can love.

What on earth did I just read?  I really don't get what Kishimoto's doing anymore, he keeps digging a bigger and bigger hole and filling it with convoluted nonsense. I want to like this manga, I really do, but I just don't anymore. Maybe I'll just have to check in to see whether Sakura ends up getting to do anything worthwhile and then I'll just move on and pretend the manga ended with the Pein arc.

Very nice to squeeze all the information in one chapter. Kishi likes to spread it out, but this was nice. ^^

I'm not really asking myself 'wth is going on??' anymore. And previous things were explained as well! Like how Madara died.

 

I still don't quite get what black zetsu is though? It reminded me a bit of that black shadow-child of Melisandre in s2 of got. The one that killed Renly.

This is true. I like how the chapter was written, but the plot itself is all too much. Kishi keeps adding more and more, but it doesn't need to be this complicated.

i think from ashura blood dilute to senju clan blood and then dilute to uzumaki clan blood. senju and uzumaki are close relatives so i doubt it's the offspring of hamura.

You know what's funny. In NF, a lot of people are happy about this, yet there are few that seem indifferent. Granted, I understand they're opinions, but it has the effect of one man telling the world "Stop clapping! Why you like this!" It's like that old Family Guy episode where The King and I changed drastically from the original but people loved it yet one don't like it. Or that The Simpsons episode where Homer showed up in a talent show for kids but everyone is cool with it yet one found it mockery.

In short, majority likes it. Thumbs up from me. I'm fine with other opinions. I only brought this up because I saw one thread pretty much telling us we have problems.

Chapter 681: Kaguya's Tears
As I said before, the Susanoo had no effect on Kaguya. Pointless.
Woau, Naruto & Sasuke look so cool with Black Zetsu implanted in them. Black Zetsu is draining chakra from them.
This chapter answered many questions and left many confused. Black Zetsu was a mystery from the beginning, the most mysterious from Akatsuki. Obito and Madara thought they knew everything about Zetsu, but not. They also thought he was under their control, but in fact they were controlled by Zetsu in order to fulfill his plan.
Hogoromo and Hashura sealed their own mother....and Kaguya is a part of the God Tree. We know Kaguya created the God Tree, in the beginning when the Sixth Paths Priest and his brother beat their mother Kaguya, she was the Shinju. Right?
Well, this Zetsu witnessed many battles...the battle with Hashirama VS. Madara (Madara lost), the battle with Sasuke VS. Naruto (Naruto lost) and many more. He has a lot of knowledge. I must say he is really EVIL. He even rewrote the Uchiha stone table wrote by Hogoromo, all this for war. He approached Kabuto just only to resurrect Madara to use Infinite Tsukuyomi and after that to invoke Kaguya to take over his body. Madara didn't know..

Also in this chapter, we got the story how Madara was able to survive the battle with Hashirama (he bite off a piece of flesh from Hashirama, he is a vampire, lol). Tobirama thought the body he had was the Real Madara, actually a clone. Probably, that's how he learned Resurrection techniques?!
Then it was only one Zetsu, but after the incident with Madara summoning the Gedou Mazou, White Zetsu was born accidentally. Nice product
I forgot, right now Sasuke is considered to be the only remaining Uchiha alive. With Madara and Obito presumed deceased. Some people say Obito he's dead, but Naruto will save him, just wait. As for Madara that's not the end for him...he will return.
Kaguya crying, why? She is evil, although she doesn't see that.
Next week chapter: I will be gone in vacation and no more reviews from me this summer. I will be back Back in September. Or October?! Pretty late huh? Long vacation!
Next week I will predict: the sealing jutsu Hogoromo gave to Naruto and Sasuke will save them and they will be able to counterattack. The counterattack begins! The Edo Kages will come to the battlefield to battle Kaguya.

Well I have to say that Kaguya is a parasite as she wants the chakra for her and her along, the Doctor said it best. Kaguya like to think she is as god but she is nothing more than a Parasite.

Wait...That's true on what you said about Zetsu witnessing Naruto vs. Sasuke at VotE. Wow. It almost sound like Zetsu has watched them because of incarnations. Even so, why watch them if he's going to do nothing. It's not even Akatsuki mission to take down Sasuke. So...huh. I'm not saying Kishi have a long term all this time, but to make a line and connect, it's...believable to say the least.

Well, they're a clan ruled by hatred and anger which are traits that make it a lot easier to manipulate them. We all know this by now, this is nothing new, but because of this, I'm starting to believe that the Uchiha had little dignity to begin with. At this point, even though I don't ever want to wish genocide on any kind of group, I'm starting to believe that slaughtering the Uchiha Clan was more of a blessing than a curse (you all should know for what reasons). The only ones that were worth anything were Itachi, Shisui, and Shisui's father Kagami. The rest have proven to be nothing but pathetic trash so far. Forgive me if I'm being to hateful here.

Uchiha clan always have scary power, but their dignity has always been tarnished since the war. They lost the war, they were imprisoned, they were unreliable, and the list goes on. I guess that's why Itachi was so pissed about them. They are cursed in more ways than one.
