By the way for all those complaining about Sakura, I am here to add my thing now

So anyone want to talk about how Sakura's headband fell in the lava. Doesn't seem random to me. It seems Sakura is feeling the way she felt when she was bullied when she was little.

Could this be a setup for a Naruto/Sakura forehead moment?!

Horrible chapter. I just don't get it. Why is Sakura so sad looking? seriously Kishi needs to stop giving all the spotlight for Naruto and Sasuke. It's very obvious now that this kitten will continue on till the end of the manga. I doubt Sakura and Kakashi will fight. I gave up.

Naruto was unintentionally insensitive. He would never say something like that if he knew how much an semi-agreement like that might hurt Sakura and mess up her self-esteem. I'm still annoyed by it as a Sakura fan, but I'm not going to hold it against him too much if he didn't realize the affect that might've had. He just wasn't thinking.

 

I'm not bashing Naruto and I'll get over it quickly, but I do want either Sakura to gain back her confidence or Naruto say something about Sakura's abilities that might cancel out what he said in 680. Either is fine, though I prefer Sakura gaining her own confidence.

I noticed the Headband falling off there.

 

Ive predicted long ago that the bench scene would be revisited, this scene tells me its coming soon. a forehead comment similar to chapter 3. Narutos mostlikely going to give her his headband to replace hers and make the forehead comment in the process.

That sounds like fanfiction... ah well, it totally fits anyway :)

I wouldn't bother, but I made a promise that every time someone put down Sakura, I am putting down everyone else in the Konoha 11. Does it sound stupid? Yeup, it is all stupid to complain about things like that.

So I say again "Why isn't Hinata being all powerful and killing Kaguya right now? She is so useless."
 

I can't believe I'm the only one who thinks that NS moment is the last thing I want right now.

You see, Ramen, the same people have been spewing pessimistic crap week after week after week. I get told by people, mods included, that people need to respect other people's opinions. Well, just because people are positive about this chapter doesn't mean you have to put them down.

You can believe whatever you want. I am not calling anyone "kitten" for anything anymore because I realize there are some people in this world that will never be happy no matter what is given to them. I am fine with that. Just don't spoil my party and we're good.

This. I'm not bashing Naruto either. His thoughts on thinking that Sakura and Kakashi are reasonable. You can't blame him.

 

But at the same time, I can't really ship a pairing when one of them thinks their love interest to be useless, especially when said love interest got really sad from hearing that. This is why, NS moment is the last thing I want right now. 

 

I want this to get resolved soon and have Sakura prove him wrong. Until then, no NS please.

Sorry about that   I still had a page from manga panda open and was thinking that I clicked your link   the difference between 2 translations in that page are enourmous they added an another half of the sentence..
And it does make Naruto sound like a jerk 
..But  if you read the page after. It looks like it's still kind of a lesson for Sasuke that he should understand

Its alright and no, I am not arguing about the meaning and all. Like you and other guys I am good with the stated stuff. What I want to know is, whether the translation is right or wrong? I think its wrong because as you stated the translation is way too different and makes Naruto OOC and Mangapanda is more reliable, right?

What do you guys think the edo kages can do? I mean, Sasuke was talking about sealing, so are the kages gonna grab the ninja tools, then rush to T7? There is a reason why they were not effected by IT, why Hashirama got freed, and why Saku/Kaka are still around. I know it's not looking good, but Kaguya was just introduced, so we gotta chill.

 

I myself, do not really like how Kishi is going about Sakura atm, but there needs to be a reason for all this. He's not gonna keep her around just for pairing drama, otherwise what the hell is Kakashi doing there? Let's be glad Sakura was not thinking about Sasuke again, cause she really can't take another blow like that.

1. The thing is if Naruto was even semi agreeing with Sasuke Sakura wouldn't have said "Sasuke is right" but instead it would have been "both Sasuke and Naruto are right" and if Naruto was semi agreeing in here she wouldn't have tanked him for saying what he said . 

 

2. Naruto saying that he understands Sasuke view doesn't mean he's agreeing with him these are two different things on the contrary he very much disagreed with that

 

3.Understanding that they are the key element to Kaguya's defeat is not the same as acknowledging the others as "useless" again two different things , like I previously said i can use Neji in here when he said that Naruto is the key element for their strategy but that doesn't meant that the others were useless 

 

4. Its OOC for Naruto to say/mean that when chapters ago he defended them from Sasuke about this and was asking for teamwork 

 

Do you see how wrong that assumption is in the first place ? He wasn't unintentional cruel or anything like that he's not Sasuke because what he said didn't mean that in the first place

Pro-SS moment? If you have seen my posts, you would have seen that I said "SS is dead."

Re-read it. I quoted the so-called "positive" people after they said they disagree with the way I thought. Stop accusing me of what I did in your fantasies. In your opinion does disagree=putting down? If not, then stop accusing me of putting people down, because all I have been doing was explaining my reasons on why I disagree with people disagreeing with me(or thoughts similar to mine). If yes, then don't bother to quote me or talk anything about what I said in a debate forum. 

 

Basically, when one says they "disagree", I would assume they are open for debates.

Umm to the people that are saying that naruto was insensitive you do realize that he wasn't agreeing with sasuke but just saying that he understood what he was trying to tell him....right? if it wasn't this then it would make no sense for sakura to thank naruto lol. Yeah. This is the part that is confusing me with people. I didn't know that "I understand" means "I agree." The bridge scene is a testament to how even Sasuke is full of it as it shows that he thought Naruto was useless and yet saved him anyway on the bridge.

This is Naruto...the guy who doesn't even think Hinata is useless and she has done far less than any other ninja on the field. I doubt Naruto thinks Sakura is useless considering that he just stood up for them just a few chapter ago.

Sasuke: "Do you understand me, Naruto?"
Naruto: "I understand that you are a massive jerk, yes."

Hey, it's cool, man. I don't care what you believe or want to tell yourself. Just don't say I am calling you "kitten" for it. People believe whatever they want.

I am just going to go party over here because really, I am tired of always thinking negatively about this manga. Now I am just taking things in stride. Why? Because so many times have we had these moments where people "think" one way and in reality are another. People still think Sakura's confession was fake despite Kishi stating she was being honest. It's cool.

I am not worried anymore. I am tired of worrying over petty stuff.

To me this whole thing is confusing. Some are saying naruto was "unintentionally insensitive". How? While he understands what sasuke said about their survival being of huge importance, hence the "i do" and shocked sakura face, he then goes on to say that he just reacts in situations like this. So my take on this whole thing is while he understands that the two of them have to survive no matter what he WILL NOT allow anyone else to be hurt. Thus leading to sakura thanking naruto for always protecting her. I don't feel anything in this that even remotely insinuates that naruto agrees with sasuke that sakura and kakashi have no place in this fight.

I'm sure none of you want to hear this and will most likely ignore me but I've already given up on waiting for Sakura to do anything. It's starting to become too apparent that she's just there to be saved and look pathetic to highlight Sasuke's ambiguity. People compare Sakura to Tsunade. Can you imagine Kakashi saving Tsunade in the same manner from that predicament? Of course not! Sakura has resembled her pre-timeskip self more and more, chapter after chapter. The icing on the cake was having her cry again unnecessarily after realizing Sauce only saved her for because Naruto was next to her! GET A GRIP ALREADY! I'm sick of it! What is Kishimoto doing? If anyone thinks he's saving her to do something special I advise you to lower your expectations to the modicum. More over it's almost as though Kishimoto wants her to be hated. These past events have anything but contradict that.

Naruto said that he will protect Kakashi and Sakura no matter what because his body moves on his own=he cares for them. It makes sense for Sakura to thank Naruto that he declared to protect her (and Kakashi) no matter what.

IMO, Sakura/Kakashi role diminished tremendously ever since Naruto came back to life, or even way back to Madara begin to gain control of being the bad guy. It is a fight that takes place to a different level, inhuman-type. In a way, they are 'useless', but the knowledge and experience (especially Kakashi) is one that can be of help in a way, which is why Kakashi stressed the need of a proper strategy to Sakura in previous chapter. And was shown, through his accumulated experienced he was able to save himself by using scrolls. But not Sakura. This is the difference between them; war experience and level of assessment.

 

 

Naruto quote can be hurt if taken solely on that context. But from my understanding in next page and from previous statement by him in chapter 678, it is a yes and no. Yes, they are useless in giving hand for actual combat at the moment. But no, they are not completely useless. As I said, both of them are known to be good in strategy making, apart from shikamaru. That is why Sakura agreeing to Sasuke's statement, but relieve the moment Naruto clarify his unshaken standing point in the matter, by thanking him. And I don't think Naruto statement can cause mistrusts in her.

 

 

But you are right, we have been spoon-feed with too much melodramatic on shipping stuff. I think everybody was dying for a tremendous development from Sakura, but as I said in my previous posts, restricted panel pages, slow development in the arc beginning makes people to have a divided response. Which is why this is called entertainment & audience.
