I swear to god, with each passibg chapter i just start hating griffith more and more. The blatant discrepance with his seemingly angellike appearance and his true nature is well done by miura kentarou.

 

At this point im mainly waiting to see Griffith get his comeuppance. Griffith seems like a very Ryo Asuka esq character. Im glad to hear the manga is going to be released more regularly now. I was kind of worried that it would end up unfinished like say.. X1999.. most irritating cliff-hanger ever.

A character from Devilman. Big inspiration for Kaworu from Evangelion. Probably Griffith as well.

In the original manga they are friends who become enemies in the second half of the story.

Wait. It's definitely coming back? So it's safe for me to pick up the manga again? I already follow one epic story unlikely to see the end (ASOIAF) I can't do another.

Well, Miura's art is best among many, for sure.

I personally don't think it looks "unique", but it definitely belongs to the most glorious and detailed artworks of any mangaka I've seen.
