All this being said, those two panels of Hinata going "...." has me wondering if that's going to come back around or if that's just a reactionary shot like Sakura's 615.

The only thing that I am maybe a bit disappointed in is that Naruto tells Sakura to go rest. But she quickly snaps her fingers in Z formation and tells him what for so all is well. XD I don't totally blame him for not thinking Sakura has enough power though. Maybe if she hadn't been sidelined so hard, he would have had a better idea of her fighting skills... KISHI I AM LOOKING AT YOU

It's just natural he asked her to rest.
He don't want her to be hurt.

Anyone else find it insanely funny that both the long awaited predictions of the NS-MK parallel and the Sakura power up theories actually came true?

Well the NS-MK thing was obvious from the start, I mean come on haters, Sakura and Kushina nothing alike?

They had so many similarties and Hinata is nothing like Minato. Just another chapter proving these claims against Sakura wrong.

Whoever has it in their sig, your sig proves that our fanbase here operates on logicNaruSaku, we believe in logic not fanfiction.

Just so excited, Minato gave the haters worry in the last chapter now look at their reaction in this one. Its Sakura, they need to deal with it. Like I said in my fanbase demands thread, they can like it, hate it, or tolerate it, but nothing is going to change the way we saw things here. Kishi chose Sakura, Sakura and Sakura, never Hinata. Its too damned late for it too. NH may be close to ending, it was a heavy blow to them this chapter just for a parallel confirmation but thats Kishi's choice, the story goes on though because of what he chose.

Well, what's done is done. Just saying I don't like it. It was too easy and too quick for my taste, but this matters little at this point. It just means I can't take Sasuke seriously anymore. He is my least favorite villain and while I know few people hates Nagato's redemption...I find this to be worse.

Oh, I hated it too. Maybe Kishi thought Sasuke's true motive can't be "revenge" after all Itachi sacrificed for him?

Maybe RtN is canon and she already knows he's Naruto's father?
Ah, but I suppose that wouldn't make too much sense, since she had to ask who he was and such.

The Naruto movies are never considered in-universe canon, but I guess you can argue they were canon because it was supposedly written by Kishimoto.

I think that was just her reacting to the rest of the kages showing up. As if she's looking around and then sensing them suddenly with the "!". If it was a reaction to Minato's words, it would have been better placed right after the panel with him saying "take care of my son".

In reality, the damage has been done to NH. It's inevitable defeat, there is no way now NH will happen, 100% guarantee. NH arguing sakura didn't like the idea of being Naruto's girlfriend but they are just in denial. She was tsundere mode, not angry or unpleased to think she could be Naruto's love interest.

It has been said time and time again that this was unlikely. Goes to show that people forget how unpredictable Kishi can be. Yeah, I admit it is a bummer we never got to see such development, but at least it is something and much better than asspulls Sasuke does.

That panel with Sakura telling Naruto "How weak do you think I am?" is like Kishi telling the NH fans "Sakura is not as weak as you might think."
The Naruto and Sakura interaction was AMAZING. For the first time, it wasn't forced. It HAD romantic undertones (and don't tell me it didn't), AND all that waiting was well payed off.

I think the point that some people are missing about Naruto not changing Sasuke is that he did in fact change Sasuke. Its just that it it took other people to tell Sasuke what he needed to hear so that he understood exactly what Naruto was doing this whole time.

Naruto never changed from his original dream. He always wanted to be Hokage to change "something", "anything" that was wrong and corrupt. Originally it was so that people wouldn't look down on him with no reason, then it expanded into giving freedom to clans which were bound by an old political system. Then of course to attain peace. But Sasuke never realized Naruto's fundamental foundation which he never budged from. Instead he thought Naruto would just distract him from something more important and so decided to kill him in order that his love for those lost to him would not be wasted in a false peace.

Talking with the former Hokages, Sasuke was able to see that his grudge was the true distraction and that Naruto was right all along. Naruto stood on the foundation that is leading to peace in the shinobi world, now Sasuke realizes that and is standing there with him as his rival once again.

This may be something weird to some people at the moment, but in all truth this is exactly how Kishi has built it. They were always meant to be rivals, this sets up the final big fight between Naruto and Sasuke, while also giving Team 7 the ultimate boost. Sakura must be referring to the jutsu that Tsunade uses where she stores up chakra in her forehead ( which is great because Sakura's forehead is her trademark). Not to mention Kishi gave us the NS fandom the best gift ever, confirmation of the connection between Naruto's mother and Sakura - From none other than Minato.

This chapter is one of the greatest in the series and sets up for the real climax of the story, now we can see the world's true strongest shinobi fight together against the world's strongest beast.

Well done Kishi, I was worried for awhile, now I have faith in your writing skills again.
