EVERY villain was scary in that part. It's a shame they aren't that frightening nowadays (besides the Jubi. That thing is freaky.)
Madara is just a baller, and Obito is insane.

EDIT:
Okay I probobly should have read the entire chapter before posting, but regardless that was one hell of an ending. Neji is finally free! FREE!
Shame to any NejiHina fans out there...

However, I think she's already made her choice, so Kishi couldn't go back to that. It would be hard to have more misty mooning over profile shots of Sasuke. No I think SS is going to come back in a way that is least expected. An appearance of SS. Like if he reached out to her. Or if she had to heal him and everyone around including the Rookies (and especially Ino) said 'Awe, it was meant to be....' But we (and Sakura) knew the truth about who she really cared for.
Anyway, I completely agree. SS is no good for Sakura and I don't think it will be presented as a true development for her character. Instead I think it will be presented as the appearance of SS, just to make the audience believe that she still hasn't made her choice.
Why sasuke would try to manipulate her if he got his own team, sasuke is not alone, and moreover you almost said "something coming from sasuke" this implies SS?
It's the same thing as Sakura getting a major spotlight and something comes from Sakura and you say "NS Moment?", like i said before i too expect something from sasuke but not on a romantic way but something that made her think once and for all that sasuke is not a good choice for her, like he making clearly that he wants the control of the world like madara or something else, and made her at least once and she disagree with him and says that it's wrong and she made a choice like he's not a good guy to be with, before she did not understand both naruto and sasuke her development would be like this, she standing at naruto's side not because he's more than her friend but also because of the narutism.

Lol, I'm a NejiHina fan and I'm not sad at all for the two. He looked her in the eye as he died and Hinata's ready to fall apart. Hell, he jumped in front of her to protect her from death (she was going to jump in front of Naruto and take the blow).
My heart is aching at the beauty.

Well, yeah this villain can be scary if it legit starts killing people we care about, but what characters do we all truely have an emotional investment in? Jiraiya was one of them, so was Kakashi. But who else? Do we even care that much about the rookies? I mean they were cool and all but really I think Lee is the one who I care about the most simply because of his backstory and struggle with ninjutsu. After that it would be inashikacho and the now deceased Neji.
Sorry for the comparison here but if it were the final ark in one piece and the straw hat crew started dieing then we would be literally terrified at whoever the villain was. So who are you worried about in this arc that makes you terrified at this villain.

Sakura. Obito wants to cause despair; if he finds out Naruto's bond with Sakura, he could go for her.
If he does figure that out, then I'll be scared.

Same here. I personally find all the hysteria and relentless criticism to be exhausting, but that's me. I prefer to enjoy the ride, take the story as Kishimoto wants to tell it, and wait to see what happens. The plot is obviously in high gear with a lot left to be resolved. I don't understand reaching such negative conclusions before the story is even finished.
As for the chapter, I really can't add much to what I said on the spoiler thread. Even before the chapter was released I said Neji's death -- the way it appeared to be written -- would be good for Hinata's development and would be a catalyst for forcing her to move forward and beyond her single-minded crush on Naruto, and I'm sticking to it. Hinata stands to be justified as a worthy character in a way she likely would not have if this hadn't happened or happened in this way. She now has a greater purpose.
If you think about it, Hinata's big claim to fame -- her willingness to die for Naruto -- was sort of neutralized by Neji's sacrifice. Neji proved that self-sacrifice for others -- for Naruto and his importance -- doesn't just belong to Hinata.
And I believe Tricksie is absolutely right about Sakura's involvement being held in reserve. It's not time for her yet.

I can also think of a moment where we nearly loose all hope on NS but in the end NS will WIN.

I really think that Neji's death will be permanent, to serve as a powerful lesson to Naruto that his own life is precious and that everyone else is willing to give their lives to protect him. Before, Naruto was a bit cavalier with his own life when it came to Sasuke. Now, with the weight of Neji's sacrifice and the deaths of Inoichi and Shikaku, plus all those nameless shinobi that died, Naruto will hopefully not be so free with throwing away his own life.
Kishimoto resurrected the village after Pain's attack because there were so many characters that died, but I'm sure that Neji will remain dead because it was a powerful moment. Resurrection would just render his sacrifice meaningless.
Can't wait for the next chapter.

His death was sad...but kind of rushed/not really powerful. :/

Despite it being rushed, I still feel that it was a powerful moment. He died with a purpose. The branch members of his clan dedicate their lives to protecting those of the main branch. He gave his life to save their heiress, fulfilling his duty as a member of the branch clan, which I think was very noble.
