i like fics usually rated T-ish... i really don't like lemon, but some fluff is okay. it has to have a decent story line, some cool fight scenes, and originality.

Umm, I won't get into specifics, but I like one-shots! The fluffier, the better!( rated T and under please!) And I, personally, can't stand fight scenes, not that there is any in fluffy stories, but I find when I read battles, I get hopelessly lost... I don't JUST like fluff though, but I usually don't read fanfictions with more than 5 chapters. An exception is "Losing Naruto"...which I actually havn't checked in a while...

yeah, otherwise there's not really enough fluff... i like fluff; my stories are packed with them. except for my recent story which is rated M for gore... that's a sad story...

I read all ratings. T, M, MA. My favs though are the ones with humor. Like sharingank's fics, those where beautiful, and funny. *sniff* I also like long ones. Like desaix's Training for the job. That story got me to this forum.

I like anything that interests me, whether they be M or K rated I do want desaix's fanfic to keep doing though. YOU HEAR THAT DESAIX!!! I'm just joking about the yelling part.

Personally, I prefer the longer ones that don't focus on romantic relationships. The longer, the better.

That's not to say romance shouldn't play a part - if there isn't *any* it gets dull - but I like it to be an element of the story rather than the focus.

Well I personally like those realistic fanfics with humor, romance, a bit of fluff, and drama in them. Of course AUs are funny, some of them, but I prefer something that sounds so realistic that you could probably put it in the manga. Anyway I prefer T-rated and a few K-K+. The only M rated one I've ever read was Training for the Job. That's my #1 favorite! Although I wish Desaix would hurry up and write a new chapter soon too!

Anyway I prefer continuations than one-shots...or a one-shot with a sequal. I also like generation fics too. I also like the fanfics that have info. on the latest manga chapter.

I don't really like one-shots unless they are insanely long and have a hellva alot of reviews.

At least 7 chapters long, shorter if the updating looks promising, T - M rated. With NaruSaku no duh.

I read my K-M! I read them all...even lemons! I just think that lemons aren't really bad, their natural! :o But, a chapter just for a lemon really sucks, I don't lyk it! I do like M-rated humor just because of the fancy words...

I really like Sharinganks fic...

I never read Training For The Job because it is too long...But since most of you liked them, then maybe it is a really good story! I'll try to read it when I have time...

yeah, lately i've found my taste changing. now i pretty much accept anything...
1) fluff!!! (yay fluff!!!)
2) realistic romances... not just -- sakura, marry me! okay! let's go have sex! you know...
3) one-shots are okay
4) like long ones too
5) what's a good story without fight scenes and gore!!! yay gore!
6) lastly, some good old narusaku to top it all off!

Yeah..it's too long...I can't read a very long story...Except Harry Potter of course! But I'll read it, uhm...when I have time because school started here in the Philippines! Sucks right?

Booya. Here's someone who knows where it's at.

You know, as long as there's a plot. If it's 500,000 words of drivvel, or worse 500,000 words of two characters being lovey-dovey, I'd be tempted to shoot myself if I for whatever reason had to sit and read the whole thing.

Grin, usualy good fics have plot :-)
For exemple, arya's acceptance of fate is post Ootp, and had something similar to horcrux, but with another name, and so on. There are a lot of good long fics, though fewer for naruto. I think in naruto desaix's is one of the longer one...

Yeah, so far, I only saw desaix' fic is the only narusaku with that much chapter...I'm trying to save all it's chapters for reading because reading it online will cost me too much...

I read mostly NaruSaku and NaruIno fics. I have come across a good Naruto fics. I try to stick to Naruto fanfics though.
