Wait? How can they have an anime, when they have literally just been rehashing the movie? Oh god! It going to be more anime filler....Wait they are going to have Boruto anime running at the same time they are making the novel spin off anime.

In all honesty it's pointless to even say anything...
There's no reason to talk about a cash cow series cause honestly that's al I see from Naruto now... Maybe I've just become so numb to anything regarding Naruto news, but Its hard because to think of the amazing moments because of what it became in the end. In a way I guess that's why I haven't even focused that much on the Reliving the Journey thread.

They probably looked at Dragon Ball Super and how it handled the two new movies (well now old) and want to do the same. (Actually that's exactly what they did)
I say this because Battle of Gods and Resurrection of Frieza are told 3 times. Once in the movies, once in the manga and once in the anime episodes. Differently of course, but still 3 times.
Thing is that's Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball can do the same thing for infinite amount of times and people would still be interested in it.
They don't have that magic that DB has.

That Boruto art though ... it's different than the one in the Boruto manga, it looks like Kishi is the one who draw it, so he's involve in this abomination after all ....
So much for the "I'm done with Naruto and planning new sci-fi manga" .... liar will always be liar.

That's exactly what I thought! Although it might be some old Kishi-drawn Boruto art that they are recycling.

If I recall it was 5 chapters long unless they are gonna stretch it for the anime

Let's face it. They are not going to be using that pedophile's art style for any anime they do about Bolt. Partially, because it changes every chapter, also the fact that his art is kitten, and more importantly they have used the same art style for fifteen years by this point. Unchanging except for new technology. They are just going to draw and animate them like they always have.

Here the thing either the Naruto franchise is successful because they are looking at they were in the number one spot for tv tokyo last year. Which I doubt. Or this is a desperate last attempt and they are just desperately throwing everything at the wall hoping to see what sticks. In order to keep this franchise going a few more month s in hopes to pay their bills. Which is more likely.

That is very true I mean DB has done this look at Dragon ball Kai its all the same just new animation and new voice actors and cutting out the fillers as well,
