It's out!

We're getting to the good parts! wink.gif

Overall a pretty good episode. The action scenes were pretty well done and I loved the little filler bits, especially the one where Tenten is whining to Ino about how she wants her fan back. laugh.gif Also, while we're on the topic of Tenten, I think Pierrot really has a soft spot for her considering that she actually got a small fight scene in this episode. Granted, it was only 10 seconds long and she didn't actually kill anything, but still. Good to see some Tenten love. happy.gif

I also liked the part where HQ were discussing the casualties on both the Allied Shinobi Forces side and the Akatsuki side. It sort of made the while situation seem way more...grim. Good thing Naruto and Bee are on their way. wink.gif

Also, I won't be long now before the lover nin scene. eager.gif

Agreed. This episode felt a lot better than the manga on some levels. Especially at the end where they discussed the casualties of each side. It felt a lot more impacting than the manga. Also great choice of soundtracks as well. And yeah, TenTen whining to Ino was funny, lord knows the girl needs more shining moments like Shippuden Movie 3 and I agreed with her complaints.

Well, considering how well they did Sakura's confession (Naruto's missing blush notwithstanding), I'm not that worried about how it will turn out.

As for the second part. It could happen. Even though romance isn't a huge part of the manga, it still seems like Kishi is very strict when it comes to Sakura's relationship with both Naruto and Sasuke. However, I have no idea how much Kishi is involved with the anime (if he is involved at all) and even then, I don't if he has any real authority over it.

For the lover nin thing, I see them doing that scene in many different ways. One way will that it will be similar to episode 212, that episode where Sakura reflects on her time with Sasuke. Of course it will be a lot shorter, because they have a lot of other important stuff to show, but something close to that. An other possibility is that, seeing that the studio actually does like to gives us a lot of Narusaku moments (like, for example, the ending they currently have, which will be awkward to watch after seeing a pro-sasusaku episode) and the recent film seems to be giving us a lot of pro-narusaku moments, they can pad out the episode with some indication of Sakura's feelings for Naruto. Maybe actually show her being conflicted on the person she loves, rather for us to only see she is only thinking about Sasuke as the person she loves. Or an other possibility is that it will be exactly the same in the manga, it will just be Sakura briefly thinking of Sasuke and gets upset. Then fake Neji comes in, and that's it.

I think it will either be A or C or a combination of those two. I think episode 212 was made that way because they somehow had to fit the chapters into a 23 minute episode. I could be wrong of course. Perhaps this is just my NS bias speaking, but I'm pretty sure the manga wasn't as flashback heavy with that particular part. My point is that, unless they feel that they can't "fit the pieces" properly, I don't think there will be any extra flashbacks and as such, it will then be option C.

As for option B. As much as I would love to see some more NS fan service, I don't think that option is viable at all. It would simply be too obvious and it would intefere too much with the canon and Kishi's (possible) vision of making NS the endgame.

Same crappy fillers I think. But I would love a good filler like Kushina's first missions as a genin or missions she has with Minato together before she got pregnant with Naruto. Doubt Pierot will make this happen though. sad.gif
