I only have a Myspace and Facebook. Just to keep in touch with friends. But, overall, I don't think any of them are good ideas because you see what happens to people who post their pictures on the internet...
Yeah. Memes. They become memes.

Oh dearest Froot
It's simple common sense! DON'T POST PICTURES OF YOURSELF ONLINE!!! One of my friends on facebbok put a forest pic as his icon. Believe it or not at least here in the US, schools & company do search youtube, myspace, & that other jank. If you did anything inapprotiate you'll get fired/denied! So you need to more careful of what you do online!

But people you can put those pictures in private in your privacy setttings. That's why I never let other people who isn't my "friends" see them.

Pages are uncluttered, if you have a paid account ($25 a year) you have zero ads, it's easy to search for friends or interests, easy to add friends, I like the way the posts look, a number of professional writers are on there- it's a very writer friendly format. The communities on issues tend to have indepth, informative posts, it's easy to block anyone from trolling you, no spam cluttered inboxes, no obnoxious notes from "friends" begging you to play "Farmville" "Mafia Wars", send them "Hearts, A Round" etc... back, pages don't take a million years to load because of all the junk plastered on the page, posts that actually say something, not just a line about eating lunch, being drunk, going to the grocery, etc...

Forest... As in Forest High?
I'm paranoid so I don't even trust those "privacy" settings. No matter how secure they claim to be.
