I was unsure so I guess Naruto's Sage Mode classifies as in between with his eyes changing.

Doujutsu are techniques that involve jutsu ability found inherent in the eye that do not involve hand seals ( Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan)
Senjutsu refers to a specialized field of jutsu that allows the user to sense and then gather the natural energy around a person ( When Naruto is on Sage mode, he can sense natural energy)

But seriously, while it looks cool, I think he would die from all of the forms of chakra flowing through him.

But seriously, while it looks cool, I think he would die from all of the forms of chakra flowing through him.The Rinnegan doesn't create a new chakra though, it would actually be a good balance since Naruto was shown before going KSM briefly, he could use KSM to use Rinneagan's jutsu that requires lots of chakra.
