I think it's interesting. I never watched an anime that seemed like I was watching an adult version of Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi. It's also hilarious to boot. The animation is amazing, the colors are beautiful, and the characters are very likable.

Although, I have to say, I wasn't surprised when I learned that the creators were drunk when they came up for the idea for this anime tongue.gif

The series is stupid, because that is how they made it, it's part of it's style, and about being boring, well, not everyone shares the same sense of humor.

Hmmm...I must be getting old. Because i also thought that was completely a complete waste of time. I know gainax has a history of doing zanny, T&A, and off the wall shows but at least they had some sort of story behind it. I don't know I guess I'm getting to the point where I need substance to be entertained now. And this was just a hundred ideas thrown into a blender and marketed as entertainment.

Kinda expecting this kind of reactions, people with more serious attitude are definitely won't find much to like about the series. I myself think that the series is total fan service anime and nothing else.

Episode 12 out:

First half it's just an recap with the demon sisters

But the second half, well, kitten it's about to get real!

Part 2:

Firstily, I never tought they would bring a serious plot to the series, and second, I never tought they would make an actual romance between Brief and Panty, tough I ratter don't want to put my hopes up about these two, but it would be nice having them in a happy ending together. And by the way, anyone got the Romeo and Juliet reference at fish tank with super bishonen Brief? fu.png

It is stupid, and crude, and you know, sometimes we just like that.

The art style is bright and pays homage to western style animation. The soundtrack is catchy (Fly away now is in my head) and the premise is just so outrageous, simply, and fun that it's easy to just sit back and take it in. That is, if you don't go looking for something more. Plus, it is fast paced. The episodes for the most part are split in two, and it's a monster-of-the-day type.

I like the characters; they make me smile. BREEEIF. Oh goodness...


Who else couldn't stop looking at his face episode 12? Aaaaack. He's a cutie. I want his hair up more.

Brief is DEFINATELY my favorite character, even though I prefer him with his hair down. What can I say? I prefer the adorable over the hot sometimes.
