I guess the fact that she needs glasses means that if she got the Mangekyo, she'd go blind even faster.
Is that even a thing anymore cause that never happened with obito before he got the rinngian. These rules are so kittened.

Which is why in my fanfiction, Naruto: The Demon Within, those from Hagoromo or Hamura's bloodline can awaken the Rinnegan, the fact is it is super rare, even as far as people can be descended from them. But it doesn't mean that Naruto or Sasuke, given their ancestry stemming to the brothers' bloodline via Ashura and Indra in the story rather than their being reincarnations, will gain them so readily. I wanted this done to make a sense of balance with it, and not use the ridiculous idea of just needing Hagorom's chakra to awaken the Rinnegan.

Well, Obito had one eye that was his, and another eye that was just some random Sharingan, right? So if he used Kamui, it would just screw up the one eye that he was born with and not the other eye. So he just goes blind in one eye. Not sure if this is giving Kishimoto too much credit to assume he thought about it this way.

Yeah.l I honestly figured for Kakashi in TDW, my fanfic, that he has a small fraction of Obito's chakra, since I was going to keep him dead, and that's what allowed him to eventually gain 3 tomoe for his Sharingan as well as the Mangekyo Sharingan and Kamui, but with the drawback that it drains his chakra fast since he doesn't have full Uchiha chakra, and just a small fraction.

Didn't he used that justu Danzo used against sasuke, he obito fought konan? Since she cane the closest to killing him if not for that justu.
He replaces it with another generic Sharingan. Being an Uchiha is way more awesome when you can constantly replace your eyes. I still remember that filler episode about the Uchihas "abusing" Izanagi which was why Izanami was made, even though Izanagi already has a failsafe built in that you would go blind. You can say that they'd just steal eyes from other Uchihas, but every single OC Uchiha introduced in that episode had the kittening Mangekyo for no reason at all, meaning that method wouldn't work.

So your saying obito kept switching eyes.
Yeah, he did. It's probably not explicitly stated, but you see him with 2 eyes again after he defeats Konan.

The whole "Uchiha this" and "Uchiha that" plot in Shippuden is a clusterkitten I can’t wrap my head around. I feel like even if I read everything Naruto related, manga, interviews and all 50 times over I still won't be able to understand it all.
Winter, my friend, you're not alone.

I always wondering is it really that easy to transplant eye like that just take it and put it in without surgery ?? first time i saw this i was like .... WOW ... no surgery needed just take the eye and put it in and works like charm ... INSTANTLY. I mean at least in the hospital the doctor close your eyes with bandage and give your new eye a chance to bond with the flesh and reconstruct itself for a week or few more .... but THIS SCENE BREAK THAT LAW!!
Bottom line is WAR ARC is a big pile of mess , it's fully of B.S , the uchiha got insane amount of development and power up not by logic but by cheap asspull.
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

It also contradicts what was shown with Sasuke when he had his eyes transplanted with Itachi's to get the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. He was taken out of the story for several chapters in order for his eyes to be given time to bond to him and adjust and such before he could get back into things.
Then again, by this point, they were contradicting things left and right whenever it was convenient for them, so it wasn't surprising either.

Eye transplants aren't a realistic prospect because of the complexity of the optic nerve. There are countless microscopic connections that would have to be made. Though I find more absurd the ease at which Madara rips someone's eye out. That would be so hard to do without destroying the eye in the process.

Only in manga does that even make sense?
