Sarada is Tsundere with no punching the hero, but I'm willing to bet that she will at some point XD

 

Either cause they originally made Sarada to be Karin's child or they want her to look like Karin. Sakura's part of this is that Sarada has her character.

 

This series has gotten gradually bad since the war with Obito and Madara in Shippuden ( What's the name of this arc ? I forgot ). It turned to a board game of pairings. Let's see what the fans want and roll the dice.

I guess it's bearable now I can say that much, her skirt length isn't that short and her heels aren't so high either.  I guess the other thing is that they did design a kunai holder around her thigh. So I guess I can give the anime credit in terms of design.  

 

 

So in this case this anime design  outdoes the manga design. 

 

 

 

Which the anime starts in a couple days so judgement is about to come...

The one time that SP laziness with females other then Hinata worked for them. Now she wearing something other then bandages, the open cut is higher so it no longer reaches her navel, her gloves have been turn into armbands, the lower heels remove the emphasizing on her legs, and they lower the bottom of the dress so it's no longer riding up her ass. They also made everything a lighter color which remove a lot the effect darker colors have on the body.

Pretty much, though they had a bad roll of the dice when they decided to go with nH and SS. Now they are trying another roll with BS, in order to fix their previous bid.

It will work in pairing terms cause they're the hero and the heroine. But, if there are fans thoughts like in Naruto manga, it would be a rocky road. Still, I think most of the fans will be fine with Boruto and Sarada.

 

Though, I want them to add a Hinata-like character as a side character to see if things would happen the same as it was in Naruto manga

The problem is that BoltXSalad is a copy of NarutoXSakura, the fans that liked that pairing have left remember(I'm talking also about the regular fans that just cared about the story has also left as well, though some have left because they were getting tired of the pairing focus)? All that left in large numbers are nH and SS (maybe SNS), and they hate two things NS and their pairing not getting more screen time then anything else. They won't like a copy of NS because it means accepting that Boruto is going for the pairing they absolutely despise even if it is under a different name. Also Lucky and a few other pointed out that people are leaving because their upset that nH/SS has gotten a big showing yet despite the fact they are no longer the focus of the series. I hope SP doesn't show them in their first few episodes either just to really piss them off.

I think a large part of the ss fandom (the ones who actually care about Sakura's character at least) have also left due to gaiden causing all the drama of who is Sadara's mother, that it gave no clear answer to it and how poor the treatment Sakura was given.

My thoughts exactly.  In Japan many men have a strong fetish with" lolicon" so I wouldn't be surprise if many of them are turn on with Sarada's new outfit.

While the war itself is when Naruto went downhill I will say until Neji's death it was at least average in quality despite a few questionable choices.

Then the plot got gradually faster downhill after that. I knew then that good potentials will probably be wasted regarding the plot. But, I was surprised the most regarding the main characters especially Sakura. Why do that to her, and saw her struggling to be better, while she was progressing well during the story alongside the other main characters.

 

The only thing I want to see is a side character with Hinata's kind of character and I want to see what would the ones who backed her up pairing wise will react and say. It's really perplexing for how the plot and the main characters have gone at the ending when someone looks at the story. No author or movie director does these kind of changes on behalf of the plot and the main characters.

 

You read a story or watch a movie, and if changes have to be done, it will be done at maximum during half way of the plot with no damaging the main characters.

I assume some NH will try to ship Boruto with a character like Hinata if one pops up, though most SS fans seem dead set on Boruto and Sadara, well those that are left anyway as more and more fans are getting cross with how ss  family that isn't sasuke is being treated.

Gaiden was not ambiguous at the end. Sakura is her mother. It confirmed it twice.

Given the story's them, the appropriate ending would have been an unconfirmed or ambiguous one. The whole point of Naruto's speech is that it did not matter whether Sarada and Sakura were related by blood. They were family regardless. This is why I say Gaiden steps on its own message. What was the point of the whole thing if they were just going to confirm it was Sakura? Why bother telling the story at all?

 

As for Sarada....the problem is the whole outfit. It's designed to show off her legs and this chapter takes every chance its gets to do that. And just in case the audience missed it, they have her ask an adult male if another adult male is her type. It's a textbook definition of jailbait. Most people, including me, aren't too thrilled with pre-teens being sold to the audience as sex-objects, which is what this chapter did over and over. This wasn't a female ninja using her appearance to sucker a male ninja (like Ino tried and failed to do with Neji...who was her own age) into letting his guard down. It was pure fanservice.. The legs shots were not for the ninja they were assaulting, they were for the audience.

 

That's the problem. It's not just the heels or the skirt. It's the whole damn thing.

 

I hated Sarada in this chapter and not just for that. I also hate they she is, as Ball of Lies clearly shows, a fix-it character. She's been written as a partial Sakura-clone, but with the author trying to avoid the areas that he thinks cause the people to hate Sakura. Part 1 Sakura was seen as weak, useless, and abusive. So they pull back on the tsundere, and Sarada is self-confident, sassy, and kicks butt. The concern at this point is where does her character go if she is already been portrayed as where Sakura ended up.....well where she was before the 693 reset button.

 

I'm not surprised her father issues seemed solved so fast. Gaiden clearly shut the book on that and look how quickly Boruto got past his. 

 

Why are they being sent to go after ninja-bank robbers? I know they just did Chuunin exams, but how long have they been a team? I don't recall the manga ever saying, but that didn't seem its that long. Moreover, they do this, when their leader is supposed to be a badass. It's even worse when they don't seem very surprised that this badass showed up. WTF? Naruto and co. ended up facing the demon brothers and Zabuza because their client lied. Here they just send them out for what sounds something more than a Rank C mission. 

 

Finally, I'm not sure who I want to punch more...Boruto or his client?.The client is supposed to smug....but the chapter is in such a hurry to create conflict between the two that, IMO, Boruto jumps the gun and starts being an ass before it's really warranted.

Kishimoto was asked in a interview about it and instead of saying, "Yes Sakura is Salad's mother." He instead said he left it up to the readers' interpretation. So even Kishimoto thinks he left enough room open for it to be possible that Karin is Salad's mother. Then again he said it soon after the gaiden so he probably change his answer eventually when that answer proved unpopular or something.

They don't really care where her character goes. Other then she is Bolt's eventual love interest -unless the anime creates a better girl- beyond that they don't care as long as she isn't hated.

 

Honestly the current manga writer has been really kitten so far, but if I were to guess they are relying on the anime to be there backstory as they work on the plot post-chunin exams/post-movie. But this was to be expected when their first TEN chapters were just a rehash of the movie except for the beginning and the end.

 

Well we have to deal with more of Bolt's whining and he'll probably bring up his daddy issues again, while this kids just a stereotypical lonely spoiled rich kid. So bolt for me because the boy will disappear after this arc while we will have to deal with Bolt until this manga is finally cancelled.
