Alice and Hisako looked cuter than they have ever done, you'd think this was after a small timeskip or something as they both look slightly older and mature compared to even 15 chapters ago.

 

Takumi's certainly grown, he had his arrogance at the beginning as well, but now here he is all grown up calmly talking back to someone trying to unnerve him, so much more different to the person who lost his cool and lost against the copycat.

A few days later after Erina left..............

 

Soma: So Sho, summer holidays are coming up and well I had a talk with your mom and...........

Sho: Yeah, and?

Soma: We think it's about time you experienced cooking outside of here. If you only stay at home then your cooking will just stay as it is. 

Sho: Really? Well if it helps me get better then that's fine, but who's gonna run shop while we're gone? Did you call anyone? 

Soma: Well I was gonna call Tadokoro but...........

Sho: Oh, Auntie Megumi? But I don't think one person alone would cut it.

????: Ah Soma, How're things going here? You've grown Sho.

Soma: Huh? Ah pops, you're back from your travels?

Sho: Grandpa!!! How've you been!? 

Jouichiro: More or less the same. And how're you coming along? Did you win against your dad yet? 

Sho: Not yet, but I get the feeling I'm getting closer though.

Soma: Well about that pops, I've decided to take Sho around some places to experience cooking he's not familiar with yet.

Jouichiro: Ah that's a good idea, so any idea on where you're gonna head first?

Soma: Well I was thinking of Europe first actually.

Soma: Huh? What do you mean? Erina stayed stayed here a few days before she left for for her critiquing and lectures. But, well I did consider it only after she mentioned going to Europe, I thought to take Sho to France and have him learn some French cooking techniques since I first learned about them from Shinomiya-shifu.

Jouichiro: Alright well go for it. So you need someone to run the place while you're gone?

Soma: Yeah sure, and I'll call Tadakoro to help out if she can.......

Joichiro: Yeah, Megumi-chan is always a welcome helper here.

 

Erina is leaving Germany in her private jet*

 

Hisako: That will be all for now Erina-sama,We will be going France in a few days time.

Erina: ..............................

Hisako: E-Erina-sama are you not feeling well!?

Erina : No I'm fine, I just feel a bit tired........... so France is it?

Hisako: Yes but I feel we should go to a doctor first. You seem a bit more than tired Erina-sama.

Later that night at Yukihira*

 

Joichiro: Okay time to close up

customer: Joichiro-san!!!!! thanks for the food!!!

customer 2: Will you be staying for a While Joichiro?

Joichiro: yeah for a while, at least. 

customer 2: Okay then I'll see you tomorrow then! where is Soma?

Joichiro: Oh he's having  talk with Sho.

customer 3: Sho-chan? About what?

Sho: Europe? Yeah Okay! But what made you think of Europe of all places? Is it mom?

Soma: Well I did think of it only when she mentioned that work is taking her there.

Sho: I see. I wonder if we'll see mom there? *smiles*

Soma: Maybe, but well she is busy so I don't imagine that she would stay there for long. We may miss her there.

Sho: Yeah, and I do want to learn about French cooking anyway. So when are we leaving?

Soma: When school finishes. We'll leave the next day so decide what you want to pack in the mean time okay?

Sho: Okay!

Soma: you're finished on Thursday right?

Sho: Yeah, so I still have about three days to decide what to take with me. Oh I want to bring my knife! since I'll be learning more about cooking!

Soma: Huh, that may cause some problems at the airport.

Sho: I can't? Damn. But I always use that knife.................. it's my treasure, cause mom got it for me. *looks a bit disappointed*

Soma: Well I guess there is a way around that....... although I didn't think about it before,cause it's not really my thing to do something like this but- 

Sho: Really, I could bring my knife!? 

Soma: Yeah, I guess we're flying private then. I'll give Alice a call.

 

Meanwhile in France*

 

Hisako: EEEEEH!? D-Doctor are you sure that is-

Doctor: Perfectly sure Hisako-sama. The results just came and they say it is positive. Our entire team ran through the tests several times to make sure of that.

Hisako: Pr-Pregnant? 

Erina: ........................ *Blushing heavily and with her head down*

Hisako: E-Erina-sama? Did you and Soma-sama........? Before we left?

Erina: ..................................... *turns away and doesn't respond*

Doctor: *ahem* Beg pardon, but how long will Erina-sama be travelling, Hisako -sama?

Hisako: Oh! R-right! about 5 months. We just started the tour for her critiquing.

Doctor: hmm well I suppose that is alright this early. But just in case we will have one of our doctors join you for the duration of your travels, if you don't mind. He or she will need to check on Erina-sama at regular intervals to make sure there are no complications.

Hisako: Yes that will be perfectly fine doctor. Do you have any objections Erina-sama?

Erina: N-No! That is fine! So when can we get ready? 

Doctor: We'll have your health care provider meet you on your jet in about an hour.

*Leaving*

Erina: Hisako, don't tell anyone about this.

Hisako: Eh? Why? And not even Soma-sama?

Erina: I will tell Soma myself. But just not now. And definitely do not tell Alice about it either, or I'll never hear the end of it. Besides she has other things to worry about now that she's Director of the Academy.

Hisako: alright Erina-sama.

Erina: Don't worry I'm not hiding it. *smiles* I just don't think it's the right time.

Hisako: Okay Erina-sama, then I won't say a word. 

Erina: So where is our first stop? Paris right?
