Yes. That's what I meant by the pacing with the technology was very terrible because of the 2 year time span. Now for my answer why I think it was only thing Kishi did right is. I remember Minato and Naruto's first interaction. Reading the translations from Mangafox, Minato said that he understand peoples suffering, so he tried to come up with ways to end the"Shinobi system", which Naruto also failed to do. This was one part of the true ending that got tossed out for the sake of the new gen. If he ended the shinobi system, the children would no longer needed to become soldiers due to world peace. The ending is so post to be like our modern world.

Instead a mercenary, shinobi could mean a guardian of peace.
But nothing change from it, so the zabuza arc is a waste.
The last is garbage, Hinata never get bullied by her peer. It's sakura the one who get bullied and ino is the one who save her and not sasuke.

If there had been hints that Hinata been bullied in the manga, in addition to Sakura being bullied and Naruto saving both in some way, like pulling a prank on the bullies somehow, it would have solved at least one of the issues with Naruto: The Last. The fact that the movie had so many inconsistencies with the manga is a pretty clear answer that the pairings were not planned out, at least not until the movie itself.

I think the problem with this technology advancement come from the last.
In span of 2 years, naruto world has smartphone and planet buster chakra canon.
It's too fast in the last.
I think kishi want to potray the technology in early 90 or late 80. And then in the ending today technology. Eventhought kishi never show television, radio, and telephone. Oh don't forget the skyscraper.

i remember it's a manga panel (sasuke playing with his toys in front of tv). think it was the part before itachi said "maybe next time" and poke his head (before the uchiha coup happened)

 

tsunade's phone i'm not so sure, may be false.

I know how you feel, Crimson. I want to at least take that part The Last stole from Sakura and use it in TDW, my Naruto fanfiction, with Naruto helping Sakura out once from bullies who picked on her, and when Ino wasn't able to do so.

I love this picture so much and I just laugh at Hinata in it. I saw one on facebook where it was about Hinata holding Naruto's hand after Neji died and Sakura just say she give him mouth to mouth in the last chapter. Take that Hinata and your fans too.

So Hinata really is a thief pretty much taking Sakura's backstory about being bullied and Naruto and Sasuke's combo attack.
