Why does Sakura have the Uchiha crest on her back if she isn't really with Sasuke?

 

Maybe because she is the official nanny of the family ? Or caretaker ?

Because she's delusional.  If Sarada hasn't seen her dad since she was a baby then that probably means Sakura hasn't either.  Don't know why a woman would wear the mark of a man who abandoned her.  Unless it's because of Sarada but Kishimoto is basically implying that she might not even be Sakura's real daughter.
