Because nobody but the higher-ups (Koharu and Homura, the Hokage) knew that they were Jinchuuriki?
Speculation, it was never stated in the story
And i don't think people hate Jinchuuriki, they simply don't want to be near them because they are seen as lit exploding tags so people do whatever it takes to get Jinchuuriki to go as far away as possible...even if it means to throw eggs at Bee or 'unsee' Naruto...
They hate them really. Just look at Naruto's early life and Gaara's too
It's really mind-boggling why the third hokage or even kakashi didn't took any providence knowing who Naruto's father was. ait would be more believable if Naruto'swas not the 4th hokage son, but the son from some random guy, in my opinion the whole backstory would get stronger and more cohesive with how he was treated

Persona 5 hype

If hell existed in the Naruto universe, who do you think would've ended up there after such an ending?
Let's see... All of Akatsuki, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Taka (including Karin), Kaguya, Madara, Gato, Zabuza, Sound nin, Sound 5, Sasuke, Danzo, and Zangei. Those are the obvious names. I'm torn on Haku being listed here. It was implied in the manga that he was a "pure soul" who did not wish to kill and sought only the love and recognition of Zabuza. On the other, there must be a fair share of blood on his hands. Moreover, he was complicit in allowing the people of the Land of Waves to continue suffering under the dictatorial rule of Gato. When you really think about it, even the likes of Haku's possible place in hell isn't so clear-cut. A disinclination to kill and sacrificing yourself for a murder happy criminal shouldn't be grounds for allowing yourself into the afterlife. Not when you're so detached from the repercussions of your actions that you would help a cruel megalomaniac maintain his power.
What's also interesting to contemplate is who from the "good side" has committed so much wrongdoing that their actions now can't make up for their past deeds. For starters, Baki murdered an innocent man who was trying to defend himself while instigating a multi-national war and was shown in Part 2 to be reveling in a comfortable position of power at Suna, apparently not too invested in redeeming himself for his crimes against Konoha. Who else can you guys think of?

Yes, it's speculations but it's based around logical assumptions. Like that if people knew that Kushina was a jinchuuriki they definitely would have mentioned it somehow as they had no compunctions to talk 'freely' about Naruto ('His name is Uzumaki, do you think it's that Uzumaki? Like her? [Insert random speculations about demons, foxes and instability of seals or something]') or that it wouldn't make sense from a military perspective to make the information on an important asset available to the public. And even if Kushina's identity as Jinchuuriki was known, the Kyuubi hadn't harmed Konoha yet so the people had no negative attachment to it.
Oh and i read the manga . People fear what they don't understand and people hate what they fear. In the 'grand' picture it doesn't matter if the people know the difference between Jinchuuriki and their Bijuu. They don't understand the intricacies and so they fear them, they don' want them near them, their children, friends, house, village and lifes. They simply want them gone and they'll do whatever it takes to do, only because Jinchuuriki are a war asset they can't do anything really 'harmfull' (lol) to the hosts. So they have to make due with simply 'letting the Jinchuuriki know' that they're not welcome.
And the reason they hate Gaara was because he killed people but he was protected as an important village asset and because the Ichibi had already killed many people before it was sealed into Gaara.
The issue of hating/fearing Jinchuuriki can be summarised in one word: Ouroboros
Biju gets sealed -> Host loses control and Biju gets free -> Biju rampages and kills people -> Biju gets sealed -> Host gets discriminated and is not trusted -> Host loses control and Biju gets free -> Biju rampages and kills people -> Biju gets sealed -> you know the drill.

Kishimoto. Jk. Maybe Gaara, but I personally don't hold any grudges against him. Obito... Oh wait, he's now somewhere with Rin who most likely didn't go to hell.

I guess the fact that Naruto had a bad life yet he's the son of the Hokage and everything above is questionable. It's like everyone including Third Hokages didn't know.
I must admit, the bed summon if you can call it that, was pretty forced if you ask me.

Gaara, 4th Kazakage, Fugaku (And the rest of the Uchiha planning a Coup), ANBU, Hanzo, Raikage, Onooki, 4th Mizukage, ROOT (Including Sai) and Madara's father. I really don't know if I should put Kimimaro and the rest of Orochimaru's servants considering they were brainwashed from a young age. I don't know why you would put Jugo, he didn't want to kill anyone.

Well, it summer there is avenger and many more.It would have helped the series to be at least decent.
Well, the final number for DBZ weekends box office is out and it's 960 million. So close to 1 billion. The question is if it can continue strong or the multiplier will be small.

"It's not brainwashing. It's all my own reasoning!" - Kimimaro
What does that say about Orochimaru's most elite servants? Would they choose to conspire against nations and kill in his name even without the indoctrination? I'm inclined to say that they might. Juugo has a split personality disorder that compels him to kill. He may not be willing to kill, but he consciously decided to act under Sasuke's orders when attacking Bee to further Akatsuki's aims and the Summit.
