You should! Word of advice though, take it slow. Ishida is a detail oriented writer, and as such, the small details, sometimes even the most trivial of things matters. I'm rereading it and so far I've been amazed at how much I've missed. I got excited and missed a bunch of hints the first go through lol

Aaahh Yeah, I'm sure about this, it's just because it's the beginning, and he is still discovering everything, But I'm sure he's gonna have a proper character development (which won't be ruined...by some oppai character ! x) )
