You guys let's just quit this fighting. We're getting no better than the NS/NH ship wars. And what's the pint after all... Korrasami is canon and as I mentioned, it doesn't matter even if we do find out it's just a huge conspiracy or whatnot. If that's what the authors wanted at the end, whatever. It really just comes down to what they wanted to do with the story, whether they let the fans influence it is their thing. If they really wanted, they could have just as easily made Korra/Zaheer, Korra/Azula or something like that canon with no big explanations needed. Everyone can discuss this until their fingers fall off, but it's not like it's changing anything. But I will say this though. Just the fact that there are many fans that are disagreeing with the ending (maybe as many as those who like the ending) shows that it wasn't straight-forward and clear what was going to happen.

I agree. We're turning the ending of Korra into a ridiculous shipping war fest. And Naruto was enough for me. We're needlessly insulting each other b/c of this heated topic about homosexuality and lesbians. We could talk on and on, but disagree how well developed Korrasami really was in the end.

I'd prefer for us rather reflecting on the entire show (if anyone even feels still feels the need to do so).

WOW. It's not my place to say this, but you should take that back, really. You're basically accusing someone, you don't know at all, of being homophobic.

EDIT: Maybe not directly homophobic, but it's nevertheless rude to make such a personal insult in my eyes.

I would like it too but that is impossible mainly because, well...western animation, nickelodeon, censorship, studio Mir's country (korea) rules for censorship. Subtle was the only way it could be

I would love to see another series, but I wonder what it could possibly be about? The only things I know is that our next avatar would most likely be an earth bender or fire bender since we already have had air (Aang) and water (Korra). Imagine the next avatar would live a world similar to the 21st century... Lol, so similar to Konoha York, we might get something like Republity York.

Bryke is doing dreamworks? I didn't know that.

I don't think I would, actually. Especially not with another writer because that is usually a recipe for disaster. But if Bryke were to do it... I'd check it out, but I can't say I'm interested in another spin-off at this point. Maybe in a few years if and when I get nostalgic.

To me, sailor Uranus and sailor Neptune had build up to them being a couple....I just don't see it with Korra and Asami...they are good looking girls, but the pairing just...shocked me is all. I had the same reaction I had to NH, not due to gender...but due to shock.

It's a matter of opinion, I admit. I take friendship moments and see shipping stuff in them all the time, depends on what I like...(I ship crack remember?)

I'm sorry if anything I said is offensive, I just wanted to defend Sora and respect his views, which he is allowed to disagree and dislike.

I admit that he can be... a little bit too verbal in his tumblr posts sometimes, but if I remember correctly, he simply said that he did not view KorrAsami romantic. To him, this pair is a "plot device"; he did not say anything at all against homosexuals or lesbians.

But I'll stop talking about this topic now b/c I'm tired. In the end, KorrAsami is cannon, the producers confirmed it, so it's time to move on.

oh? I haven't read the manga or seen those two in so long, I guess I forgot... I remember the vaguely when they first introduced those characters, there was hints all over the place...I guess I'm a bit slow to not notice that....*looks bashful*

I just was trying to explain a chick pairing I support as a example, and I supported that one since my early teens so...it was the best example that came to mind..^^;;

Good question, my best guess is probably this maybe we'll get similar to how we found about Zuko's mom, and get some backstory about Kya's travel in the comics.

I'd love to see that! I would love to see a spinoff with Aang's family from his children's childhood into adulthood.

Why do they release these family trees now?
