Is Kishi actually serious here?

Leaked plot summary of the entire movie:

 

I'm going say the plot summary is true,  considering where things have been going with Naruto's spoilers as of late. Many of us thought the spoilers for 699 and 700 were fake, but even they ended up being true.

 

 

Based on that plot summary alone, it's definitely the weakest movie of the series. It's like Kishi said, this movie is about love and it fits the description. However it's basically trying to make both NaruHina and SasuSaku (of all things to make SS believable makes NaruHina look good) logical. The one thing that made me feel better was that Naruto acknowledged that Sakura was like his mother. At least he knows that, and to a tiny extent the whole situation with Sarada's glasses. The main redeeming quality it gets is Naruto acknowledging that Sakura is like his mother. Minato confirmed it yes, but I swear if it was like Naruto sees Hinata as Kushina I would've lost it. So I'll give it a tiny bit of credit just for Naruto admitting that Sakura is like his mother. 

 

 

I will say though that reading this plot summary saved me a lot of time from watching the movie. Guys I know some of you may think this is fake, but just think about it for a second after chapter 699 and 700 spoilers.  I'm gonna buy it that this is the legit plot summary for the movie.

If these spoliers turn out to be true, how in the name of God will all shippers be happy?!

Apart from some roaring my-ship-is-canon-na-na-na-na-na, the others, the normal ones, HOW CAN THEY BE HAPPY!??! I'd be super pissed!!!

 

edit:I haven't read the'plot' but your reactions are telling. And I'm laughing, I'm laughing so hard. By doing this movie Kishi sank his own canon ships. stupid! XDDD

This is a joke right?

This sounds exactly like Hinata's illusion. It's like all Hinata really wants. She doesn't want to be the rebound girl so we have Sakura telling Naruto that his love for her is meaningless because it was nothing more that stupid rival crap. I call kitten on this one.

It's sounds like Hinata's getting exactly all that she wants, not only that she doesn't get to be the rebound girl. She gets to be Naruto's first, true and only love. kitten.

 

Naruto's love for Sakura is completely thrown in the garbage can like it was nothing.

Yeah right chapter 3 moron (Kishi) read it. You were the one that wrote that chapter. In it you wrote that Naruto finally understand why he loves Sakura. Because Sakura is like him, she wants acknowledgment. Also you made it clear that Naruto is the one that likes Sakura's forehead something that she doesn't like about herself. So yeah Naruto's love for Sakura is just rival crap. kitten.

 

Then you have the Sakura hugging Sasuke in the hospital and Naruto showing perfectly well that he doesn't like it.

Then you have the POAL where you showed Naruto's selfless love towards Sakura. Oh yeah doesn't really love Sakura. kitten.

Then you have Naruto declaring that he can't tell Sakura how he really feels because he couldn't keep his promise to her. And he feels unworthy of her.

Then you have Sai going to Sakura telling her that Naruto truly loves her. Truly loves her. I can already see that Naruto doesn't have any feelings towards Sakura. It's so clear right now.

Then you have Sakura's confession and Naruto's facial expression that makes it very clear that nothing would make him happier than to be loved by Sakura. Yeah definitely Naruto doesn't love Sakura.

Then you have Naruto declaring that Sakura is his girlfriend in front of his dead father that sacrificed his life for him.

Also you have the databooks saying that Naruto loves Sakura.

 

This is an insult to anyone that has ever read/followed this story. It treats the readers like a bunch of idiots that have no clue what they've seen thus far.

This is on a level of stupidity that can't even be measured. There are no retcons. It's just bluntly going in the opposite direction. This is not about Kushina's last word anymore. It's ignoring every single thing that has been said or shown to us.

In the end the only one that matters is Hinata.

I sincerely hope Kishimoto one day decides to read his manga from start to finish and come to realise that this ending is kitten, and I hope the truth of that will haunt him for the rest of his life. Long after all the hubbub has died down and Naruto fades into obscurity, I hope that, in his most private moments, he never forgets how badly he mutilated his own story, how he allowed corporate interest to twist his story into something it was never meant to be, and I hope that, despite all the money and fame he might have, that he'll never be able to shake the gnawing feeling in the pit of stomach that the ending he wrote was wrong, and a disappointment, not just to fans, but to himself, and if he were to have his JK Rowling moment years late, I hope we'll all have moved on to the point of indifference, and that he'll realise it's too late, that the manga he dedicated 15 years of his life to ended horribly, and he can never take that back.

Man, if only I had some likes right now, Nostradamus, I'd give you one in a heart beat,s ince it seems to me like a real insult, which is why I wish there was some retcons or something else, since this just makes hinata more selfish in her love than we had seen her be period. This boy whose selling point is valuing bonds, not going back on his own words, never giving up...

his view towards love is suppose to be strong... he was the type of person who would not treat anyone's feelings lightheartedly.

that people don't necessarily end up with their first love.

but even back then i know, and deeply respect the great foothold NS have because of Naruto's strong feelings for Sakura.

Naruto's love was true. everyone should know that. or are they just really THAT threaten to NS that they need to go this far?

 

It is more of Naruto's character to accept some things that cannot be rather than downplaying moments or developments which are suppose to be meaningful to the growth of the MC.

 

Perhaps it was a blessing for Sakura's character. If she had rejected him in the movie, she'd bashed and hated a lot. I don't care if Naruto gets ruined. He was already ruined during the Pain arc, so seeing him degrading further isn't surprising.

TBH so do I. That would be the most horrible slap in the face for all sensible NH/SS shippers. (poor them)

This is not even dystopia, this is plain dark comedy, kind of like watching Scary Movie just after Scream, pretty much just illogical and LOL-inducing.

I'm literally at the point where I'm not even mad anymore. Its more like a 24/7 laugh fest about the ending, this movie, the back peddling and the retconning--oh and watching NH and SS fans desperately try to defend all this crap and getting the smack down from like everyone

I Honestly feel like Hinata has LOST fans over all this. Which is great retribution IMO.

Why do you say at pain? I think that's when the downward spiral started, but I thought his character died when he said Obito was cool.

Also, someone in 2ch posted a summary of Sakura's scene with Hinata. It was translated to English HERE. Someone who does seem to have gone to the screening reblogged it and confirmed it, so for now it seems to be reliable.
