I agree. Which adds credibility to the idea that this might be a case of extremely successful trolling.

Kishi is a troll. We all know that. But those spoilers are very, very direct. I can't possibly see how the outcome could be in our favor. You could argue that they're still in the infinite tsukiyomi and that's what we're seeing. The problem with that is that we're seeing grown up Naruto and grown up Hinata and it wouldn't make sense for them to imagine themselves in the future like that. Because that's not what we've seen from people's dreams in the IT. For Sakura, you could say that she's still in the genjutsu, except for the fact that she's already woken up. It's a kitten situation. I'll be upset for several days, not going to lie. But I'll get over it, or not. I'll at least accept it.

Yes and don't trust romance in shonen manga with one side love triangle consisting two boy one girl because 90% of it gonna be open ending. But what kishi do simply an asspull.

also when i consider whole story and interaction between Naruto and Sakura for me they always bein canon. NH/SS where so down all time. and Naruto should confess in this chapter if we take his word to sai seriously

I saw that manga scan of Sasuke poking Sakura. I'm absolutely shocked. NaruHina's okay, but SasuSaku kills both of their characters. Kishi literally must not give a crap. He's frikin lost his mind. The way Sasuke smiled and Sakura blushed... It's all just wrong. So very wrong.

 

I could literally be okay if not disappointed if Naruto got with Hinata, and Sasuke and Sakura remained single... but what is this!? Sasuke and Sakura getting together is just... a tragedy. A horrible, horrible, tragedy.

I have always liked this site and the debate thread. So many wonderful discussions about this pairing that I have written and read from the great users here. This whole day just seems like one big nightmare but I have to accept it. Somewhere along the way Kishi just gave up on NS and I don't want to speculate what caused him to make this change but all I know that it was not a good decision.

 

If one day I find out that Kishi regretted not making NS canon I will have to just laugh. Just shake my head and laugh at him for not doing the things he was suppose to do in the first place. The Obito/Rin, Minato/Kushina, and Jiraiya/Tsunade all seem like pointless things now that Kishi should've never even wrote about. Why focus on the NS relationship in the first place, why all the teases? Why have these parallels that won't amount to nothing in the end? Why have Naruto fall in love with Sakura in the first place and have it drag on for over 600 chapters? 

 

I can no longer follow the series into the new era project. I can't even imagine how future Naruto/Sakura interactions are going to play out. It would seem so fake and OOC that it would be a pain to even look at. This simply depreciates the characters of Naruto and Sakura.

 

I feel so bitter right now, but I will calmly move on from this. Hopefully my spark for NS will come back one day and I'll be able to come back here with no negative emotions, but the fact that NS will never be canon is just very disheartening and demotivating.
