Oh I wasn't being serious. Just an expression to show my regular outlook on hyped chapters expecting them to be rather uneventful.

To a certain extent, I feel it's best to control oneself and just be open to the different possibilities that exist, but, just the same, I can't help but feel a certain excitement about everything. I really have a feeling that something will happen with all the build up we've been getting and how certain things have been developed. 

 

Honestly, the last time I felt this way was during the CPR scene, which left me pleasantly surprised...   

 

Either way, just have faith, you guys!

Sakura punching Sasuke for Naruto's sake? Well......its possible since we've got Tsunade going against Orochimaru for Jiraiya's sake, no matter the situation. Though she never carried any feelings for Oro anytime before.....but since Tsunade can do it...why not Sakura? The only obstacle is the author's preferance XD

Or, in general, getting more of a buildup for the OVA moment and even a reference to Jiraiya's novel, which could be key in moving things along in our favor. There are different possibilities for how things can progress on both fronts, since the amount of space Kishi can allot to them both affects what we get to see. But I like to think that it can work out, somehow.

I was ecstatic. Holy kitten I will never, ever forget the moment I read that part. I kept on looking at the image. again, again, & again & I just wondered: is this real life?

Same thing! I still remember it vividly, to this day.

 

Story time! I was actually reading it on my phone, when my mom and I were driving somewhere- Needless to say, I was in the passenger seat.- and it was somewhat earlier in the morning, such that I was half-asleep. I was just glad that Sakura was by Naruto's side, and, when I got to that page- And you've got to love how Kishi strategically placed it, so that it's the first thing you'd see.- my jaw just dropped and quickly morphed into the biggest and dorkiest smile ever. I did a double take, and I just couldn't get over it! Somehow, I managed to not make a scene of it, but, for the rest of the day, I was just a fangirling mess, although I hid it rather well. XD

Same here! It was really unexpected though. I had a moment of silence when I saw the page LOL 

 

4 hours til we get some spoilers hopefully!!

 

It was. I remember that in the chapters leading up to the moment, I had a feeling that Sakura would be involved in healing Naruto, and when I saw Gaara approaching Sakura- I don't even know how to describe it. It simply was amazing! The entire time until that blessed chapter was released, I was just thinking that it would be huge and amazing, but what happened totally exceeded my expectations!

The funny thing was that I got into the series way after that moment, so I knew about it, before I legitimately started reading it. Nonetheless, when I got to it, I just felt uncomfortable and upset. Granted, when I took a step back and further analyzed its context, it made much more sense to me, and I kind of appreciated it.
