This movie stuff is driving some of y'all crazy. I just can't picture a mangaka working for over 15 years in print suddenly deciding he's going to let his greatest work be concluded in a movie, let alone spoil said work by allowing the animation studio to give away an end pairing just outright before the final chapter of his manga has yet to be released. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.

I must say Hinata looks gorgeous . I can't deny that the background makes the scene look really romantic...but then those expressions suggest a completely different thing. However just because they look sad does not imply its a rejection scene!

 

Remember RtN and the wall-scene with Naruto and Sakura looking sad while talking and then walking away from each other? NH fans came up with interpretations like 'NS is dead' etc and you know what happened.

Yeah...I mean it's not exactly great for NaruSaku when it comes to marketing/exposure but what I am saying is people shouldn't jump to ridiculous conclusions like this confirming NaruHina when we don't know the story of this scene, why they together and have those sad looks on their faces or anything. There can multiple reasons why this is the case but wait till the end of the manga or till more information comes out before panicking.

 

Take for instance The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya's OST cover. At first glance one would assume it is pairing related, yet if you actually watch the movie you'll come to the conclusion that it is in fact not pairing related or intimate between the two depicted on the OST, instead that movie is mainly centered around the main hero and heroine.

 

This is what I am saying when you guys need to relax and stop making a big deal out of everything. Wait for the manga to conclude or wait for more information before embarrassing yourself with needless panic and anxiety over a CD cover. Adding to that you have a source material where the female of this supposed canon pairing has had very little interaction with the main hero compared to the main heroine, who was established early on as his love interest and has remained his love interest (until Kishimoto shows us in the manga he's over her assume he isn't) since chapter 3, so why suddenly is it that NaruHina, the pairing which comparatively lacks the wealth of development that NaruSaku has is canon because those two were illustrated (not even by Kishimoto) on a CD cover about a love song where we don't even know the full story?

 

It's this kind of anxiety that is contagious and spoils the forum and this series for me. I am tired of people losing their kitten over the smallest things. Can't discuss anything without it devolving into a panic session, whereas other shipping communities which are in similar or worse shape than NaruSaku all remain positive.

 

This manga needs to end soon so I can put this behind me. Never getting involved with shipping ever again and I wish I didn't get involved with shipping for Naruto.

How long have you been in this fandom? Are you new? It's not nothing, but if people are going to call it romantic then that theory has major flaws. Someone here translated for us that this is a cover for a love song. The song doesnt have to necessarily be about Naruto and Hinata's love story, but about Hinata's love for Naruto. If this song is positive to both Hinata and Naruto, wouldn't they be happy and walking beside each other? Why the blank and gloomy scenery? Gosh, I can totally feel the love from them.

How can these two pictures be anything POSITIVELY romantic? Tell me. It's not hard to see the sadness and gloomy atmosphere in these photos. How can they be considered as Naruhina confirmation? I'm sick of all this bullsh*** from fandoms tryna say that their pairing is canon based on a damn CD cover. This cover isn't even made by Kishi. Can't say the same for RTN poster, and look what happened in that movie. Chill.

We were all looking forward to this movie a lot more, before that image came out, when we were looking forward to NaruSaku hints for it And now suddenly tables turn, and we're all cautious about the outcome.

Sorry, but I'm just not bothered by this cover thing.  

 

Jumping to the conclusion that it means NH doesn't work for me.  The tone of the art is wrong for that, as is the mood reflected by the characters.  And when you take it on top of the slow but steady build up of NS in the manga, and Sakura's recent realizations, and Naruto's feelings, and Naruto's dedication to his nindo... it simply doesn't add up.

 

It seems to me that Studio Pierrot is up to their old tricks.  Favoring Hinata, engineering her relevance, etc.

 

The very fact that this has come out so far in advance of the film pretty much convinces me that the studio knows how this will be interpreted, but that it isn't what it seems.

 

So... yeah.  I'm Zen.

It kinda implies it. There are pictures for a reason. That's like saying when it rains in anime scenes that it doesn't symbolize sadness. 

 

But sadness doesn't necessarily erase the possibility of a pairing. Naruto and Sakura have had emotional moments before. Naruto and Hinata never had any, because they didn't have a bond like Naruto and Sakura did. That image says something else though.

What the hell does the two of them on this cover have to do with the moon? Yeah, the moon is falling to earth. Let's go to an abandoned forest and make-out. I'm not saying that this has to do with the disaster plot of the movie, but the love plot of this movie. If it is meant to be romantic, obviously they would be smiling. Or at least even beside each other. Why would they be in/near a forest if there is a disaster going on? The hell, they're ninjas.

are you seriously asking why they're in a forest when the Naruto world consists 70% of trees? What manga have you been reading? Ninjas in Naruto are jumping on a tree to another all day,
