What does Sakura saving Naruto have anything to do with broken claims about Sakura helping Naruto out with bringing Sasuke back? Good job on missing the point... Entirely.

GOD!!!! What's up with all this Sakura bashing! Just what should Sakura do that she should get positive reviews atleast in here(Not applicable to all). Agreed the romace subplot is not proper. Granted there are plotholes and granted there's some utter BS but atleast Sakura is doing what she can without so asspulled powerups! Whatever she has done, she has earned it! Granted her love for Sasuke does not have any base and its dragged out way too long and the pairings have been teased a lot...but....it does really take time to get over something you hold dear. It sure is annoying but I...personally think that without this NS cannot get a proper resolution! Honestly, how can NS be canon in a proper way unless Sakura has dealt with Sasuke stuff? The kind of emotional person Sakura is...its really no wonder! Remember the fact that in Naruto manga it is not even a complete year since the Land of Iron arc. Hell! If in real life, people can get hung up over someone they hold dear.....why not the anime and especially for the character who is the most human of all? Why can't a girl care for a guy for the sake of their friendship/team or whatever? If a girl comes and wants to help me does it automatically CONFIRMS that she loves me? Can't it just be a simple hand of help?

I can give this in writing RIGHT NOW that if Sasuke kills Naruto....Sakura is not getting with Sasuke but instead she'd be the first rate Sasuke hater. I can write this on paper that its Naruto or no one for Sakura! Getting over pains caused in the childhood sure takes time and also takes a heavy emotional toll on oneslf though I agree that in this case things are a bit exhaggerated. But its not so bad now or is it? Or is it the case that we literally got Sakura fangirling over Sasuke like she did in Part 1. Its not even the fact that the development is forgotten or Sakura has forgotten what Naruto has done for her! Believe me....things are really a bit hazy for her but really....its Naruto or no one for her! Just get done with this Sakura bashing....atleast not here on this forum....

From a story point, she did the right thing ( she want to avoid the battle between them so she just express her feeling)
But it's insulting people intelligence to make her say that she still loved Sasuke after stab, stab, murderous attempt on her and her teammates etc. Even Naruto is too cool with him

What do you mean "still loved"? The expression is "STILL LOVES" or "LOVED".

Only one of the above was used in the translations. Guess which.

I'm sorry, did someone else miss the second half of the chapter about "love overcoming hatred"? Or the Promise of a Lifetime, where Naruto said he promised to bring Sasuke back? Or the whole Jiraiya arc, where the old hermit said he truly believed Naruto will be the child of prophecy who will overcome hatred?

There are honestly people who believe Sasuke won't return to the good side...?

Doesn't NARUTO's characters know how to let it go? How to respect each other's feelings, story, personality and decisions? Doesn't they know how to deal with differences? It's always this ideological fight stuff of "nonono, i'll show you how wrong you are! rasengan!"

Right, because Naruto wasn't crying his heart out the first time he fought Sasuke at the Valley of the End.

Sasuke is not some reincarnation of evil. He is Naruto's brother. Nobody in Team 7 wants to fight him. He will be saved, just as Naruto has promised and made his life mission to be.

The pic wasn't to illustrate her usefulness, it was to show the claims she made were never touched on to their full potential. And saving Sasuke is important to Sakura too.

Yeah, Sakura herself is talking about her love past tense. That's the most important thing here, really. She's not really confessing to him again... she's incredibly pissed that he did not give a kitten about her when she was in love with him.

But i do.agree with sasuke, he was right about how theres nothing sakura could possible love about him. Sasusaku is clearly out of the picture (NH was never part of anything)

Now lets see how sakura deals with the genjutsu...:)

Sakura still cares for him and same for Naruto. The team 7 wanted Sasuke to return to them. Naruto was at the verge of death because of Sasuke but still can't let go of those feelings for Sasuke. He is a good friend for him! Same goes for Sakura and Kakashi. Sakura doesn't want them to fight. What do you guys would do when you are at the shoes of Sakura? She said she can't do a thing. Let the girl rest. She is exhausted. She's the only one that wasn't given up a free power-up like others. What do you expect her to say? Be careful Naruto. Good luck on your fight. I so love to see both of my teammates fight. I'll just cheer for you. Go Team! Fight! Fight!

 

Btw. Sakura is pretty in this chapter.

Kakashi makes it pretty crystal clear afterwards. We MIGHT have gotten some wiggle room with Sakura's words on re-reading the chap, but nope. He closed that door immediately with Kakashi confirming it.

 

There's no way around it.

 

I expected NS to be an asspull anyhow seeing as the rest of the manga is terribly written, but the level of asspull needed now (even though it's for an outcome that I want) is just flat out kittening ridiculous.

The words "And the only reason was she loved you so much it hurts" .The loved is in past tense but I still kinda feel this sentence means she loves him still.Honestly I dont know what to think
