Probably a mix of becoming an even greater medic ninja, standing equally with Naruto and Sasuke, and Naruto becoming Hokage. His happiness is very important to her, after all.

We don't need to see her dreaming like Hinata. Sakura will make all her dreams a reality and live those dreams.
Her dreams are seeing team Seven laughing together again, standing as an equal to Naruto,Sasuke AND most important one- Seeing Naruto become Hokage. All of these will become a reality.
