Hinata love toward naruto doesn't get resolution, maybe in the future or not. After all that's what her character is.

So the genjutsu was finally activated. I'm so glad to see that Yamato, Bee, and Minato are all still around. This chapter wasn't as great as the last one, but this was a set-up chapter for the good stuff obviously. Surprised Team 7 didn't get caught, but if they don't at all then it's fine. Sakura doesn't have to be in a genjutsu to realize she no longer loves Sasuke. Sasuke was cool this chapter.

 

I honestly don't know what to think about the NH "moment". I think I need to re-read the chapter, but I can definitely say Kishi's riling up the pairing fanbases and as being as much as a troll as he can until the end pairing resolution.

 

I do know it wouldn't make sense though for Naruto to react solely to Hinata being in danger. He was reacting to everyone because that's the type of person Naruto is when so many are in trouble, but I'm fairly certain Kishi set up Hinata calling his name and a panel of Naruto reacting to it on purpose. He knew what was he doing and he knew what it looked like, but he did it.

 

Kishi needs to stop toying so much with the ships. Nothing can take away the fact Naruto called Sakura is girlfriend when Hinata could've heard and that Sakura was compared to Kushina, but this is just really disappointing. Kishi, we know NaruSaku will be canon, but why are you messing so much with the pairing wars? Just pick your pairing and stop.

 

And Hinata.  I swear to god I'm so sick and tired of Hinata always "Naruto-kuning" in every panel or every scene she's in. She's so obsessed and under-developed. When is this girl going to on move on with her life????

Obviously its gonna conclude, but when he builds up to a conclusion and then throws more pairing war kitten to postpone for god knows how many more years (since we still apparently have the Naruto vs. Sasuke story arc that is likely going to be dragged out for atleast 2 years for the story's real climax) than honestly what the hell is the point?

I honestly don't care how the other fandoms perceive any SS or NH moments. Some of them see a smirk from Sasuke as a sign of his love for Sakura. HInata saying "Nauto kun" is a sure sign the couple will be canon. So of course this latest bit is going to probably have them declaring victory and popping champagne bottles.

 

Aside from that it was a pretty cool chapter. The Matrix influence is obvious and it was cool to see how everyone was affected. It looks like only the edo kages are safe. Also Kaguya's face was creeeepy!

What happened to Tenten and the tools, they must be important, otherwise her getting screen time would be pointless. Maybe the edo Kages will give the ninja tools to Sakura to help seal Madara, since she has a lot of chakra right now?

kittener gets captured before the war, powers up the enemies forces, is used as a pawn to distract the shinobi alliance then gets caught up in the genjutsu when his work is done...there's really nothing much he could add.

It would if Sakura reacted like that by Naruto thinking it from far away.

It doesn't make logical sense, but it is a common pairing trope which is what is worrysome for a lot of us. If we get another SS moment or NH moment I'm gonna start thinking 631 is the real red herring development or not.

Ehh.. while this certainly doesn't help NS, it doesn't bother me too much. I dunno, Naruto seemed pretty worried around Sakura last chapter as well, so whatever. I guess at the very least it cancels out.

 

So I guess the Edos don't get affected by this? Seems like they'll play a big part in actually defeating Madara then.

Seriously, our fandoms opinions on the current status of the main pairings is so inconsistent. One day we feel as if we are the top of the world, yet a week later we are panicking for a dumb moment. Like this. Huh........

Kishi has remained consistent with who is Naruto's love interest and who he'll likely end up with.

 

This scene alone doesn't negate all the development NS has received.

The chapter where Hinata snapped Naruto out of it was the time to worry, no matter how asspullish it seemed.

 

Shortly after NH was nuked from orbit by Minato.

I also forgot to mention Yamato and Bee are back, though I wonder what explanation we get on how he is alive. Though my guess is if the host has enough tailed beast chakra inside of him/her they will be able to survive.

I'm glad that Yamato is ... Well? He does not seem very well, actually it does not look exactly alive for me, but I am satisfied by the cameo appearance he made. Perhaps not all is lost and at the end of this war we have some normalcy after all.

I hardly think it was just Hinata he was reacting too... if you look at the image of Sasuke keeping him back, it's not like Naruto was all angry about it, or even if he was, he didn't ignore Sasuke and rush out anyway

Wow that was intense.

First off I would like to say, just what nh moment are you guys talking about? I mean it's just her saying the same deal as always, isn't naruto more worried about everyone, not just hinata? That's how I see it.

Anyways, looks like it's accurate that Sasuke could resist it. I'm happy for anything that sakura is part of this fight as with Kakashi. So naruto sakura Sasuke and Kakashi are still fighting.

The power is scary though and everyone is being wrapped up for some use like we saw with that scene in the past. Yamato is back, now though it's odd how the edo tensei beings are safe but even orochimaru was taken in by the power.

Nice we see bee alive and holding on well.

But seriously guys? Making a fuss over hinata? Didn't this just remove her further from any events? I mean sakura is still in this, Kishi could have thrown sakura and Kakashi aside and only had Sasuke cover naruto. I don't understand what purpose only hinatas panel does, if anything this just further drives her into that well when does she do anything important category. Really how is naruto worried only for her and not well everyone as he used to profess to obito?
