I'm surprised no one in anti came up with "If Naruto don't get the Hokage title or lose it, Sakura will leave him saying, 'I don't go with loser. You're dragging me down.'" I'm surprised...or maybe I missed it.

Actually they have. One person said: "Sakura only likes Naruto because he's becoming famous. Now that Naruto is weak, she's going to lose all interest in him."

Excuse me while I strangle the hell out of someone.

At least they admit she likes him now. (Without realizing it probably, because it follows with "She doesn't love him!")

Oh I almost forgot to add this to my earlier post. all you need to do is watch Naruto Shippuden road to ninja. that move just SCREAMS narusaku. Heck one might say that the whole thing is Narusaku. and don't even THINK about pointing out the stuff that prooves its not, cause frankly they are quite few in number. and I mean almost non-existent. If you don't think that the ending of the canon of the anime is not going to be narusaku after viewing this movie, your in denial. I will admit however there is a hint of Naruhina in the movie, but no where NEAR enough to make one say "theres no way this is heavily NaruSaku based".

now I know what your thinking..... the movies arn't really part of the canon of the anime. I would like to disagree just a bit...... if they arn't part of the canon of the anime, then how come every time the cast of the hero's change in the anime so dose those in the movies? my answer? there may not be a way to tell when these events happen EXACTLY... but that doesn't mean It didn't happen at all.

Just look at poke'mon and THEIR first movie. In one episode you can obviously see Mewtwo flying away from the 8th gym. and what happens early in the movie? the same thing. Mewtwo gets pissed off at Geovoni, destroys team rocket's lab (fount inside of the 8th gym), and flies away.

so I think is safe to say that even though we cant really tell where the movies fall in the timeline, we CAN say that they do follow the canon of the anime.

So as we all know, for all the chaos this pairing war has caused:

-for all the favoritism on NH despite little to nothing of it coming

-for all the assumptions sakura would still go for sasuke despite the rendered impossibility of SS

-for all the dismissals of evidence/bashing or mocking of NS despite the constant screentime and evidence

Really not as a NS fan, but as a just general outlook, kishi has gone wrong in some areas, we can agree to that, but as anything goes right now, in the current situation, I'm not saying this as a NS fan but rather this is something any general non-pairing fan with any sense of rationality would need to agree on, the current situation could just be the start of the endgame. As much as people pairing fans or non-pairing fans, even those who hate Naruto or Sakura to no end, this could be the start of the final pairing. I'm not saying this as a NS fan but this situation with naruto and sasuke on the ground, dying, this situation is literally when the hero and antihero are down, in their closest moments ever towards death. This isn't like when chiyo spoke about the possibility of an extraction, it just happened, this isnt like when naruto was pinned on the ground by pain when hinata came to help, this isnt like when he went berserk in the 4 tails mode, this isnt like for sasuke when he nearly lost his body to orochimaru, this isn't like when sasuke nearly died towards itachi, this isn't like when sasuke was almost killed by the 5 kage, naruto has lost kurama and sasuke is fately wounded. Both are upon deaths door and inbetween life and death right now as they have been in the past few chapters.

This situation is the heroes lowest point, the moment of their vulnerabilities, its a situation when the two who can take madara are down and out and madara has been steamrolling everything, right now if it were not for obito getting the will to retain black zetsu on him, to shove his hand into madara's gut and steal chakra from the ten tails to get back up and denounce madara, this would be the shortest arc in naruto history, madara returned alright but the focus is on naruto and sasuke's recovery.

Yet in the situation right now, the ones to help the hero (naruto) and Sasuke (the antihero) people are dissasstisfied that its sakura and karin helping them respectively. Now this is something that has been bothering me for weeks. People have been upset because sakura has been with naruto instead of hinata and that karin has been helping sasuke instead of sakura. The sad truth to this is, have people's expectations really gone this far out when we knew a situation like this was coming when naruto lost kurama on christmas? Obviously we didnt know about sasukes situation until 3 weeks later, but at the time we said sakura will help him yet people ranted and raved and said no its hinata. Really the sad thing about this is how people again believed it would be hinata in a role she could not do anything in, even when tsunade could do the situation for naruto in place of sakura, why was it sakura kishi chose? Again its simple, they are the closest of friends, they are teammates, sakura had viable acceptableity with the chiyo speech way back, karin for sasuke likewise for being the longest female associate of his, likewise yes, sakura wasn't exactly trusting of sasuke and in all respect, he did apologize at least to karin, he still treated sakura with a whole i dont care attitude like always.

Now the upset to most fans is, obviously Sakura and Karin don't react well to many people. Yet its funny that people are complaining about this and because of the current situation, this could just be the start of the endgame. We know the reasons for sakura being there, but its in this time of despair, the event bringing out the reactions and attitude in her to not let him die. Really looking at 662 and 663, it gives a whole new meaning to sakuras mental development. As part of the action genre, given a series of a lot of fighting, most dominated by sasuke, kakashi, naruto, or some other male character, sakura has obviously been left out save for her time against sasori and more recently in the ten tails right. Many see Sakura and Karin as useless or back healing support, nothing more. The deal is, at the moment, people just need to suck it up, haters just need to suck it up. Hinata isn't going to be at the battle sight where madara is, sakura isnt going to help sasuke, they need to get over it. The sand cloud left the station and hinata sadly fell, she got sight of naruto dying, thats it. Beyond that, not much she could do. But at this point, people who don't like this situation just need to grow up and realize, this could just be the pairing endgame for NS, not nessessarily SK but I'll get to that later.

As I said, the current situation could be the endgame for the pairings, the beginning of the end to be more precise. People have been saying "this doesn't change how she feels about sasuke." 'Naruto doesn't like sakura remember the confession she gave?", "Remember 540? Sakura still loves Sasuke!" NS is just a red herring! etc, you all get the point, but the point haters are missing by a longshot they never consider the thoughts and aspects beyond the current situation, its the current situation we have seen how fearful sakura and karin were about losing naruto and sasuke. Now in Sakura's case, we have a much better dynamic here but as said before this is the lowest moment for the condition of both naruto and sasuke, sakura is with naruto and karin is with sasuke, but there are reasons for why kishi chose both of them to help people and people still don't accept.

Naruto is the hero, Sakura is the heroine, obviously its still hard for people to accept sakura as the heroine, but its easier said like this, she wasn't a heroine until part 2 at least, in part 1 she was a proto-heroine, starting in the forest of death she saw her shortcomings and had to get better. She eventually did, it was just alluded. However to many people, they obviously wanted to see more stuff like sasori, fake neji, and the ten tails fission clones, but its not enough to them. Obviously, we can say Sakura is 80% mentally developed, only 20% physically, given her big screentime, most of her events are mental focused and progressive, her physical ones though capable, she was sadly unused this way by kishi, but still more than most other females, really the only female character who has a better sense of development physically then her is tsunade, tsunade is really the only female character I see no issues kishi did with, but if anything, we can call Tsunade the secondary heroine, for all the reasons sakura progressed, it was due to her, tsunade has had a strong major role as a leader, mentor, and associate to many of the other characters even madara for that sake.

On sasukes end, sasuke is the most dynamic of the main cast, he is the deutagonist with one goal revenge but still looked out for his comrades as nessessary, then he left, he became an anti-hero. Sasuke is naruto's rival, when he was with orochimaru he didn't outright kill others or go out of his way, he just wanted to kill itachi. As an anti-hero he was concerned about his goal, to kill itachi countering naruto's goal to get him back home. Then he killed itachi and entered his physco mode and became a short term antagonist, striking down others without remorse, killing danzo, attacking bee, etc. It hit the point he abandoned his comrades and stabbed karin. Until he got his talk from Edo Itachi, he met hashirama and after his story, became an anti-hero again, as we saw before, his goals are opposite narutos, but the incident of his psycho episode still linger, he still has darkness, he is trying to become hokage or recreate the ninja system but for all the wrong reasons AKA he can still drift into that path that made Madara go where he stands now.

So what about Sakura and Karin? Sakura is obviously the heroine, her goals are supporting naruto's, mainly his dream of hokage and trying to help with the sasuke issue. As the heroine, sasuke's anti-hero agenda has given some impedement to this, so what does this make Karin? Karin isn't necessarily an anti-heroine but her goals follow sasuke but at other times, they havn't but she still mostly supports him. So Karin could be an inbetween anti-heroine to simple supporting sasuke on her own reasons independent from his view.

So in the current situation, what does this have to do with the aspect of NS starting to be the endgame? Its not because of just what sakura thought of naruto's dream after giving him CPR, its the aspect of what comes after this, sure naruto will be saved but fans need to look ahead, how will sakura react to his recovery? How will she react to this aspect nearly having lost him, seeing him die? We know the series has had a lot of heartfelt moments and reactions from one to the other, but in this case, this is the time of the heroest lowest beaten badly moment, and its the heroine there to try and support him, even if she physically cannot save him herself. The aspect of this moment is, look ahead and try to imagine, how will sakura react at the possibility of losing naruto again especially when this prospect becomes very close to reality in the final battle between naruto and sasuke. Fans may not like this prospect but the situation right now, even if Sakura does get some involvement with obitos mention of the promise to rin this recent chapter, Sakura being in the situation again with Minato, but also a changed obito now, there is a dual possibility of some mention even bothways between kushina or rin. Could neji still help? Maybe from beyond if we get naruto in limbo, but as of right now this could be the beginning of the endgame. This would just be more development on NS because its just in the situation rightnow, Sakura is with naruto because of all these past situations, the longest held prosepct of him dying by extraction, but now we see situations with minato and obito thrown in, the whole ordeal can lean a giant pile of development of some crossover of either anyone saying something about sakura caring for naruto, otherwise its more about what lies ahead, how the current situation impacts her, starting with that recovery event, when naruto gets better, how will sakura react to him being okay? How will she react after madara is beaten? This is what I mean, really in my opinion, NH may have just lost its last chance to go canon, I mean not for tripping, I say their last chance was the possibility of sakura using chiyos jutsu, but that was unlikely and if anything, naruto may recover now either by obitos actions or the pots provided they do have something just in case.

What about SasuKarin? Really to me, I never minded this pairing, but to anything I would say its best left as open ended, the sole fact is theres nothing wrong with the prosect of what sasuke does care on karin or her obvious love for him. Its the fact that, in all the screentime we have with sasuke, his character really doesn't need the aspect of romantic love at this point. Really I don't see it possible until all his demons are resolved, most likely as while NS occurs, SK has some chance to occur because sasuke will be changed in the end. Though Sakura will still be friends with Sasuke, its her situation with naruto right now that acts as the pushing tool to start the aspect of NS being canon in the end, the situation for now, SK at least has a chance to be open ended once sasuke's issues are dealt with.

So does this mean that NS goes canon because of luck? Because sasuke ran away? Because the other generations were not fortunate? That obito just could have made a better choice to return to the village? That Minato had a bad luck streak? That Hashirama was too unfortunate to die in war? That Jiraya should have tried to step in and give tsunade some better outlook when she lost dan and nwaki? That Kushina could have been saved but only minato died? That if minato had arrived sooner then he would have thought Hinata was naruto's girlfriend?

No its simple, the new generation learns from the mistakes of the past, this is just a common idea in everyday life, people say learn from your mistakes but its better to learn from the mistakes of others so you learn how to avoid the same incidents they do so they never befall you. Its been like this many times in naruto. Its true many people were griefed in the series, but what can you really say? Its life, kitten happens. Villians mess stuff up for a reason, heroes exist because of those incidents to ensure they are stopped.

As I said, fans once followed kushina's foreshadow like it was in style, 631 hit, people freaked out, forums were shut down, people got pissed at kishi and at us despite the obvious hints of who kushina was like. Now in the current situation, is it any wonder if something comes up again? Its just not going to be built and slapped onto hinata, its just development with a purpose. as kishi had the chance to use hinata several times, he didn't he just didn't, Hinata's role in the current situation is done, its beyond done. As far as I am concerned, this could be the start of NS going canon. Its the start of the events that can come after, and with what we see here, if people honesly complain about NS if it comes in the future after this, well tough luck. Its what kishi chose, and if he chose it, as fans we need to deal and roll with it if we want to see the end. I didnt like how the akaskuti members were overlooked during the war, save itachi but hey kishi chose to quickly subdue sasori, deidara, kakuzu, and have nagato sealed. Konan and Kisame were killed beforehand. It just wasn't good to some fans how the seemingly most powerful characters for the manga were overlooked for others like the kage of past villages and 7 swordsmen we hardly knew or hadn't seen at that point but hey, i got over it.

Oh you do not want that. Because they're not going to view Hinata is a NS supporter, they're going to say that Hinata's love for Naruto is so strong that not even Sakura being with Naruto will affect that love. And eventually Naruto will realize that he picked the wrong girl and he is going to go to Hinata and beg forgiveness and of course since Hinata's love for Naruto is so powerful she will forgive him and they shall live happily ever after. The End.

:lmao:

Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.

These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

Hmm Yeah I Guess lol, I Just Keep Thinking That The Reason Kishi Doesn't Show Naruto Answering To Hinatas Confession Yet Is Cause They Probably Already Have And Kishi Wants Hinata To Have A Flashback Of It While Sakura Is Treating Naruto X) lol

It just wasn't good to some fans how the seemingly most powerful characters for the manga were overlooked for others like the kage of past villages and 7 swordsmen we hardly knew or hadn't seen at that point but hey, i got over it.

well its a bit of a mouth full but if this STILL doesn't convince one to see that NaruSaku is the endgame pairing, then you really are in denial. btw. in the event I find a NaruHina site. can I use this to crush them? lol jk jk.  but I got to say that this is a very detailed argument. goes along well with all the other obvious things of a NaruSaku ending.

They probably did. The on thing i hate what they say is naruto and Sakura are no more than best friends or Sister/brother and will never be anything above that unghhh >:/

Actually they have. One person said: "Sakura only likes Naruto because he's becoming famous. Now that Naruto is weak, she's going to lose all interest in him."

Excuse me while I strangle the hell out of someone.

Yeah...ok...

Yea RtN is all NS, Sakura says she just had the longest date with Naruto, which is exactly what it was. Kishi made that just to send the lovers on a date.

The "They're siblings!" argument is only an argument I can understand to a certain extent. Naruto hell no, but Sakura on a surface level. I think this argument is more from Sakura's POV. Sakura manages Naruto and she always gets mad at him for being reckless or scolding him which is probably where they see the "big sister" thing for her. Tsunade acted similarly with Nawaki. But most evidence just shows it's more of a personality thing on Sakura's part than anything else. She's the type of character that can be a bit bossy, but only when she sees stupidity and insensitivity. Sakura's not just like with Naruto, she's like that with Sai, Lee, Ino, Kakashi etc.

It reminds me of the Anti-Kataang arguments during the ATLA shipping wars. Katara was the motherly and sisterly type figure towards the group, causing the fandom to automatically assume that meant she saw Aang as younger brother. I think Katara and Sakura are/were widely misinterpreted in their interactions with Aang and Naruto.

Other than Sakura's habit to correct Naruto, the sibling argument makes no sense whatsoever. Sakura shows clear signs she does not see Naruto as a brother. An older sister does not accept a date request (whether innocent or not) from a little brother and an older sister definitely does not flirt with him either ("Do I look more womanly?" is so damn obvious :argh:). It's also proven Sakura has a physical attraction to him immediately after they reunited. Her thoughts/looks/blushes were being really clear with it in that chapter. And an older sister definitely doesn't hold their little brother in the manner she did after his fight with Pain. That was not a friendship hug.

If Sakura and Naruto are "sibling-like", then they're the weirdest kind of siblings I've ever seen. :twitch:

I still find it funny that the way Avatar team make fun of Kataang is like something we have/had to deal today with Naruto.

"I will always love you. Like a brother."

That never stop being funny to me.

I think the anti-NS that say they have a sibling relationship have too much influence from occidental series and all. Because in Japan, when you consider someone as your brother or sister, you call him or her, "niisan" or "neesan", even if they are not your real brother or sister. And the worst, is that they should know it, Konohamaru does it with Naruto. Are Naruto and Sakura calling each other niisan or neechan? No, so they don't have a sibling relationship, expect on the anti-NS imaginary world.
